Applying porous medium combustion technology into household gas stove can not only improve the combustion stability and thermal efficiency,but also reduce pollutant emissions.In this paper,using porous medium intelligent gas stove system,which can control the blast premixed process intelligently by automatic matching air flow according to the real gas flow.Study on the combustion characteristics of the porous medium intelligent gas stove,analyze the surface temperature distribution of this gas stove as well as pollutant emissions,and compare with the combustion characteristics of multiple ejection rotary premixed gas stove,including the following:Study on the combustion characteristics of multiple ejection rotary premixed gas stove.Analyze the influences of throttle opening and thermal power on surface ignition stability of multiple ejection rotary premixed gas stove,compare surface temperature distribution and pollutant emissions of this gas stove in the different throttle opening and thermal power condition.The results show that the surface ignition stability time of gas stove is decreased gradually with increase of throttle opening at a certain thermal power and nozzle diameter,the surface average temperature is increased as well as surface temperature difference(the difference between maximum surface temperature and minimum temperature)is descended and reaches the minimum when throttle opening equals to 50%,meanwhile the surface temperature distribution of gas stove is most uniform;with continue increase of throttle opening,the surface ignition stability time of gas stove is increased,the surface average temperature is decreased as well as surface temperature difference is increased,meanwhile the surface temperature distribution of gas stove is getting worse and worse;the concentration of NO_x is first uplifted and then descended while the concentration of CO is first descended and then uplifted with increase of throttle opening.At a certain throttle opening and nozzle diameter,the surface ignition stability time of gas stove is decreased gradually,the surface average temperature is increased as well as surface temperature difference is decreased,the surface temperature distribution of gas stove is became more uniform when flame is stable,the concentration of NO_x is uplifted while the concentration of CO is descended gradually with increase of thermal power.Study on the combustion characteristics of porous medium intelligent gas stove.Analyze the influence of equivalent ratio and thermal power on surface ignition stability of this gas stove,compare surface temperature distribution and pollutant emissions of gas stove in the different equivalent ratio and thermal power conditions.The results show that the surface ignition stability time of porous medium intelligent gas stove is decreased gradually,the surface temperature distribution of gas stove is became more uniform when flame is stable,the surface average temperature is increased as well as surface temperature difference is decreased,the concentration of NO_x is uplifted while the concentration of CO is descended gradually with increase of equivalent ratio at a certain thermal power.At a certain equivalent ratio,the surface ignition stability time,the surface temperature distribution,surface average temperature as well as surface temperature difference of gas stove,the concentration of NO_x and CO has the same variation tendency with increase of thermal power.The comparison of combustion characteristics between porous medium intelligent gas stove and multiple ejection rotary premixed gas stove.Compare the surface temperature distribution and pollutant emissions of these two gas stoves in the same thermal power when flame is stable.The results show that the surface temperature distribution of porous medium intelligent gas stove is more uniform,the concentration of NO_x of porous medium intelligent gas stove is a little higher while the concentration of CO of porous medium intelligent gas stove is far below compare with multiple ejection rotary premixed gas stove.Consequently,there is a conclusion that the combustion characteristics of porous medium intelligent gas stove is better than multiple ejection rotary premixed gas stove in a same thermal power by considering both the surface temperature distribution and emission comprehensive.
