Plaid yarn-dyed fabric,as an important category of yarn-dyed products,have been deeply loved by consumers because of its rich and varied texture style.At present,under the background of consumer sovereignty,the demand of consumers for yarn-dyed fabric has gradually entered the perceptual consumption stage.The consumers pay more attention to aesthetic experience.If the design of plain yarn-dyed fabric is wanted to be marketable,more attention should be paid to the emotional needs of consumers based on the consideration of function and practicability.However,the traditional design method of plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern mainly depends on the designer's personal thoughts or experience accumulation,lacking the consumer's participation and feedback.This method is easy to cause the designed pattern cannot meet the needs of consumers.Thus,how to establish a communication channel between the consumer and the designer to help the designer quickly design plaid yarn-dyed fabric patterns that meet consumer preferences is essential and critical.In this paper,the plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern is taken as the research object.Aiming at the design of plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern,Kansei Engineering was used as the interactive evaluation method.Through scientific analysis and experimental methods,two kinds of optimal design methods of plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern were put forward.The first scheme is the optimal design of the plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern combined with interactive evaluation.The second scheme is the optimal design of the plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern based on the interactive genetic algorithm.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Based on a yarn-dyed fabric design software independently developed by the laboratory,through the analysis of the design elements of the pattern,the design rules of plaid yarn-dyed fabric were summarized in three aspects,including color matching,yarn arrangement and fabric organization.Then,design examples of plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern were designed on the basis of summarized rules.Finally,a library including 600 plaid yarn-dyed fabric patterns was established.And 100 kinds of plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern color schemes were extracted from the plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern library,preparing for subsequent pattern optimal and intelligent design.(2)The optimal design of the plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern combined with interactive evaluation.Five key design features of the plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern were classified and quantified rationally through the display of interactive evaluation and implicit preference degree calculation method.A dynamic optimized system was established,corresponding to the design features of consumer preferences and the plaid yarn-dyed fabric design features.Through the tester's interactive evaluation,the preferences of the attributes of the design features and the overall effect of the pattern on the pattern of the plaid yarn-dyed fabric can be obtained.Then the pattern type that the tester likes were selected.Finally,the feasibility of this method was validated through experiments.(3)The optimal design of the plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern based on the interactive genetic algorithm.Considering the characteristics of plaid yarn-dyed fabric,each pattern component was divided into three parts,including fabric weave,yarn groups,and layout of color yarns.Then they were encoded using real-number coding,and improved interactive genetic operators were used to establish the optimal design system for the plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern.The experimental testing results of users showed the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.In summary,research method of perceptual interaction evaluation was used in this topic,correspondingly linking the relationship between consumers' perceptual preferences and the design elements of plaid yarn-dyed fabric,and converting them to the rational expression of data.Finally,two kinds of optimal design methods of plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern were put forward.The research has a certain reference value for improving the design efficiency of plaid yarn-dyed fabric pattern and assisting the designer to design more satisfactory patterns which accord with the consumers' preference.
