With the rapid development of China's mining machinery,wind power equipment,large ships,petroleum machinery and other industries,various modules,M7?M20mm,application of increasing number of teeth Z6?Z17 circular gear and high precision drum gear,small taper gears,put forward higher requirements on the functions and specifications of gear machining equipment the accuracy,efficiency and cost,etc..In the processing of the gear,according to the diameter of the gear selection of machine tools,machine tool cutting ability is selected,unable to process,according to the gear modulus selection of machine tools,machine tool specifications are selected is too large,the unreasonable phenomenon in the machining of small parts,processing efficiency and processing precision is low.There is an urgent need for a CNC gear hobbing machine with high numerical control,high rigidity,high machining efficiency and easy operation.In view of this,our company R&D Organization for this kind of machine tool for technology research and development focus,the successful development of the YKD3160CNC module and a few teeth high speed CNC gear hobbing machine and intelligent hobbing programming software,which can meet the mining machinery,wind power equipment,large ships,petroleum machinery and other industries of this kind of gear and efficient processing.And fill the gaps in domestic related technologies.Firstly,the development background and significance of this kind of CNC gear hobbing machine are analyzed and discussed according to the development and trend of large and small gear hobbing machines at home and abroad.At present,various modules,M7?M20mm,CNC tooth number Z6-Z17 circular gear and high precision drum gear,bevel gear hobbing machine,the gear widely used in wind power,shipbuilding,petroleum machinery,and to this type of gear of big modulus,high rigidity and high precision machining is less the number of teeth of CNC gear hobbing machine is still blank.Secondly,the principle of hobbing and its process characteristics are briefly introduced.Hobbing is simple,continuous machining,high processing efficiency,and has proved to be the most economical way to produce tooth form on gear ring by cutting method.Third,combine the advanced machine tool design idea and the method,have designed this kind of machine tool.According to the general principle of hobbing machine tool design,the structure form,function layout and main performance parameters of the machine tool have been proved and calculated in detail.Then,modular design is used to optimize the main structural components of the machine tool in detail.Fourth,the hobbing intelligent programming software is developed based on FANUC Picture software.The analysis of gear parameters and gear hobbing process,demonstrates the feasibility of hobbing intelligent programming,combined with the function of FANUC Picture software screen is simple and convenient operation,clear process of hobbing intelligent programming software.The development of the large module and a few teeth high speed CNC gear hobbing machine,the one hand to meet the urgent needs of the market,on the other hand can reduce China's high-end CNC rolling gear machine research and development in manufacturing the gap with foreign countries and contribute to the formation of domestic CNC gear machining equipment,the core technology.
