In today's society,the harm of dust pollution increased year by year,already has drawn great attention of people,the management of related theory and technology has become the hotspot research,the control method and the dust particles of dust from the law of the coupling mechanism is one of the important and difficult.Taking Anjialing coal preparation plant dust pollution during the process of unloading station in truck unloading problem as the breakthrough point of the research,the computational fluid dynamics simulation software,the truck unloading at various points in the process of numerical simulation research was conducted on the migration regularity of dust particles,can be seen by simulating discharge of induced airflow to carry large amounts of fine dust particles in the discharge point spread everywhere,cause dust pollution,at the same time,due to the discharge point is not confined Spaces,under the action of wind disturbance,would lead to dust particles to a wider,dissipation form secondary dust.According to unload station dust pollution problem,puts forward the multiple perspectives than radiation fog machine management technology,according to the basic equation of split phase flow,jet flow crushing theory and the theory of atomized dust using the CFD simulation software correlation fog of atomization process simulation,get the effective range and radiation fog is too to export wind speed of the coupling relationship between average diameter,providing theoretical basis for field application.Combining AnGuLing unloading station of the actual situation of dust pollution of coal preparation plant to fire angles far exceeds the precipitator dust suppression technique has been applied at the scene of the unloading station assignments and test and adjusted according to the research results.Discharge point of each measuring point average dust rate above 95%,has obtained the good dust removal effect,' proved the multi-angle remote precipitator dust suppression technology is practical.
