Study On The Construction Of Group Enterprise Financial Sharing Center

With the coming of digital economy and data era in the 21 st century,the mode of financial management is closely combined with information technology,to achieve efficient office state is what many enterprises pursue.In addition,the process of global integration has been accelerated,business integration continues to increase,and large enterprises have encountered a series of problems such as low management efficiency and chaotic organizational structure.So,how to use effective means to manage,obtain more profits,promote the financial transformation of enterprises,and help companies to digitally create the future has become a topic for many people.The expansion of the "shared idea" in the financial field has led to the emergence of a financial shared service model.This is a new type of financial management thinking,moreover,the era of big data information sharing intelligence has arrived,which provides new tools for the construction of accounting informationization,contribute to the construction of FSSC and provides new ways for some problems existing in the process of enterprises.Based on the combination of domestic and foreign scholars' research results,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the construction of FSSC,based on the research ideas of literature review,theoretical analysis,case study and optimization suggestions,with general to special methods,this paper first puts forward the necessity and feasibility of building a FSSC for group enterprises under the background of current big data,as well as the key contents and risk points to be paid attention to during the construction,then,based on the case of H Group's traditional financial management mode transformation,analyzes the construction process and operation effect of H Group's FSSC,and give optimization suggestions for the existing problems.Finally,this paper summarizes the full text,and puts forward the prospects for the future development.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide theoretical support and reference for enterprises who want to realize financial management transfor mation by constructing financial sharing center,pay attention to the key pointsof reform and possible problems in the process of construction,accelerate the pace of group enterprise innovation.
