The Research On The Construction Of The Financial Sharing Center Of North Combustion Industry Co.,Ltd.

In recent years,the trend of diversification and internationalization of enterprises is increasing both at home and abroad,the scale of business is expanding and the business income of enterprises have increased significantly.However,at the same time,the internal financial department of enterprises also have a series of problems,such as complex business process,difficult control and low efficiency.The emergence of these problems has prompted enterprises to shift their focus to financial department.How to improve the operating efficiency of the financial department effectively and reduce the financial cost has become one of the key topics for domestic enterprises to study.This paper takes the North fuel industry limited company(abbreviated North combustion industry)as an example who through the way of constructing the financial shared center to achieve the efficient operation of the financial department,simplify the business process and reduce the financial cost of the company.The main contents are as follows:First of all,Based on the management situation and future development goal,this paper studied the North combustion industry and found the problems of excessive personnel and backward mode and so on in financial management.The necessity and feasibility of constructing a financial sharing center by North combustion industry was analyzed in detail.Through the construction of the financial sharing center,North combustion industry can reduce the financial cost and risk effectively,improve the efficiency of financial work and the quality of information.We analyze the feasibility of building a financial sharing center from historical experience,communication network and managers’ consciousness.Then,the construction process of the financial sharing center of North combustion industry has been studied systematically,the preparatory work before the construction is determined.In the preparatory phase,the risks,principles,and goals were analyzed.In the construction phase,We build the financial sharing center from process reengineering and module design,and the corresponding solutions were put forward in view of the possible problems in the construction phaseIn the end,the paper analyzed the effect and risk of the financial sharing center which was completed.After the completion of the financial sharing center,it can achieve the purpose of streamlining the financial institutions,reducing the operating costs,integrating financial information,and improving the efficiency of the business process.At the same time,it may cause the risk of poor stability of personnel and the conversion of leading role of the company.
