| Solid backfill technology is a kind of technology which is used to transport solid waste to the mined out area by the fully mechanized mining equipment.That can effectively solve the "three under the pressure of coal,control of shock pressure and deal with solid waste such as a lot of complex mining problems.The filling scraper conveyor is the key equipment to achieve solid filling and an important guarantee to achieve high efficiency filling in goaf.This paper chooses hanging scraper conveyor of ZZC8800/20/38 type hydraulic support as research object.According to the work characteristics,To research discharge hole of the middle part concluding shape,size,spacing,etc.The design of the discharge hole not only conform to the requirement of working face advancing but also the requirement of material strength on filling scraper conveyor;The tension of scraper chain on the filling conveyor is related with chain location and the changeable filling point,this paper mainly research the tension of scraper chain,and establish mechanical model;Then the models of scraper chain tension are simulated under different working conditions by MATLAB.The model on middle groove and scraper chain of filling scraper conveyor are built by 3D software SolidWorks,The finite element analysis on scraper chain and middle groove of two kinds of state in the open and close of discharge hole under full load condition is carried out.The stress concentration and the position of the maximum displacement are determined,the strength requirements of ear plates isn't enough,then Q690 material is chosen to satisfy the strength requirements.According to the finite element analysis,the results of tension calculation.We analyze the fatigue strength of the scraper chain by nCode,and cloud chart of the life,damage and safety factor accord with the results of the finite element analysis and meet the use requirements. |
