Because of the complicated and changeable environment in the underground mine,the scraper conveyor has been working under cyclic loading and vibration shock loading.Chain transmission system is the most important part of conveying coal by scraper conveyor.Chain is the important traction part of chain drive system.The reasonable adjustment of chain tension can make the chain and sprocket wheel engage normally,which is important to the transportation of material and the safety production of coal mine enterprises.Therefore,the SGZ800/800 type scraper conveyor is selected and the tension characteristics of the chain are studied.According to the tension load spectrum,the fatigue life prediction of the flat ring is carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Scraper conveyor sprocket chain three-dimensional model is established.According to the force model of chain under the condition of starting and clamping,the finite element analysis of ring chain is carried out by using ANSYS workbench.(2)Circle chain scraper conveyor chain drive system of pre-tightening force and running tension theory analysis.And a mathematical model of marking point tension was established based on the running resistance of the actual operating conditions.According to the changes of the position of shearer running a cycle in the process of using moving coordinate method to establish the chain marks the ten cycle of static tension mathematical model.(3)The chain drive system of scraper conveyor is simplified properly.The chain drive system chain is discretized into Kelvin-Vogit model and the dynamic equations of chain drive system of scraper conveyor are established.According to the working boundary condition of scraper conveyor,the MatlabSimulink simulation software is used to simulate the chain tension characteristics of chain drive system under different working conditions.Through the simulation results analysis of the change regularity of ring chain tension markers,and provides a theoretical basis for the real-time control of the chain tension automatic adjustment device.(4)This paper studies the tension in the ring,and analyzes the difference between the experimental results and the simulation results.In the end,according to the load spectrum of chain tension,the fatigue life of the flat ring is calculated using ANSYS nCode module.Fatigue life is 68.6 days.It provides theoretical basis for the service life and regular maintenance of circular link.
