In recent years,due to the reduction of coal energy,coal mining is no longer blindly.In order to achieve accurate,efficient coal mining,before coal mining,we should be based on the actual working environment and features of mine,the reasonable choice of fully mechanized working face of shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support,also known as “Three Machines”.As the most important transportation equipment,scraper conveyor plays an important role in fully mechanized mining equipment.The main force transmission component of the scraper conveyor is sprocket assembly,which will directly affect the production efficiency of the whole fully mechanized mining working face.This topic is based on the geological overview of the 1121(3)working face of Dingji Coal Mine in China.Based on the engineering mechanics theory derivation and the simulation analysis of the main structural components,the corresponding research on the selection of the “Three Machines” supporting equipment for the fully mechanized mining face is carried out.The modernization simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the sprocket assembly of the scraper conveyor,and the topology of the sprocket of the scraper conveyor is optimized.This provides certain theoretical support and analysis basis for the technical personnel in the industry to discuss the selection of the “Three Machines”.The main work of this topic is as follows:1)Based on the structure of the 1121(3)fully mechanized mining face in Dingji Coal Mine of China,the geological overview is analyzed,and the key factors to solve the technical problems of the selection of “three machines” equipment are proposed;2)The “Three Machines” selection block diagram was drawn.Through the analysis of the characteristics of 1121(3)fully mechanized mining face in China Dingji Coal Mine,combined with the “Three Machines” selection block diagram,the technical parameters of "three machines" were explored.Selection of designing “Three Machines” for fully mechanized mining face by applying engineering mechanics theory and modern mine fully mechanized mining technology;3)Contact model for sprocket links with SolidWorks software,single link links,single sprocket and double sprocket are modeled in 3D.Static contact analysis of the contact model of the scraper conveyor was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software,and the stress distribution and deformation diagram of the sprocket link in meshing contact were obtained.Using ANSYS Workbench software to perform modal analysis on single-chain links,single-sprocket and double-sprocket,respectively,and obtain their first six-order mode shapes.By analyzing the vibration pattern and the corresponding natural frequency,it is the chain.The design of the wheel and link provides a certain reference;4)Using ANSYS Workbench software to performing topology optimization of the contact model of the sprocket link.The stress distribution map and deformation map when the sprocket link is optimized for engagement,and the stress distribution map and deformation map of the single sprocket after optimization.Comparing the weight,equivalent stress and deformation before and after the sprocket optimization,it is found that the optimized sprocket structure is superior to the original sprocket.Figure [42] table [26] reference [53]...
