Hydraulic support as the main support equipment of coal mine, not only to provide operating space for other mining equipment, but also to provide a strong security guarantee for staff. In view of the hydraulic support in coal mining production apart, parts damage, pillars damage and other issues. In this paper,ZZ4800/14/30 four pillars support shield type hydraulic support as the research object, using the Solidworks modeling and simulation analysis with Ansys Workbench, the strength analysis under static load and impact dynamic load.In this paper, using the Solidworks created the main components of the three-dimensional entity model, then inspection and the whole assembly of interference, and import it into finite element analysis software Workbench, and the strength analysis of the main components of hydraulic support is carried out under the static load, get stress nephogram and strain nephogram of base, top beam, beam cover, according to the results of strengh analysis, validate the rationality of the whole structure;Using AMEsim established the pillar hydraulic system model, which are simulated under impact load condition, get pillar cylinder pressure curve, using it as a hydraulic support boundary conditions of strength analysis, get the hydraulic support under the impact load stress nephogram and displacement nephogram, the results of strength analysis show that pillar of the outer cylinder body, the base of the top beam and column, before and after the strength of the connecting rod hinged with the base is relatively weak.In this paper, the two aspects of static load and dynamic load are studied. The results are helpful to the design and development of the hydraulic support in the future.
