Safety management is always the difficult and important factor of colliery management. The safety accident and losses cased by poor management, have greatly affected stable operation of coal mine production nowadays, and it has restrict sustainable increase of coal mine benefits. The coal mine gas accident is the most serious casualty accident of mine, and preventing the gas accident is the most important work in the coal production enterprise. Therefore, how accurately, effectively carried on the appraisal and the forecast to the gas accident risk, and how to use the appraisal and the forecast information to strengthen forewarning administration of hazard to realize dynamic risk evaluation during produce process, so that can make strategic changes of mine safe management from latter-analysis to prevention beforehand, and can reduce accidents probability, are one of important topics urgently to be solved, which can enhance the mine enterprise safe control in production.Firstly, based on the summarize of actuality both at home and abroad, analyzing present researches on some subjects referring to this study and combining the hazard theory and mine gas accidents, the thesis has proposed the definition of mine hazard and analyzed coal mine gas accident from 3 aspects, namely, inherent, temptable hazard and human factor, in the spirit of three class of hazard, On the basis of studying on identification, classification, gradation of gas accident hazard, the structure of coal mine gas accident is analyzed.Secondly, this thesis researches on risk forewarning system of gas in coal mine. Connecting with the condition of Sanhekou's 5 mining working faces, the author has structured the risk evaluation index system of gas pre-warning in coal mine, based on the research of safety production in Sanhekou mine and the hazard theory, the author proposed the accident-causing model of safety accident in coal mine and established corresponding flow chart of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique to identify the danger classes of accidents and the thesis gave detail forewarning analysis.Thirdly, According to the condition of Sanhekou colliery, the author gave organization institution and the operation method of pre-warning management, she also proposed the daily management measures and the emergency rescue plan of gas accident.At last, the author gave the analysis and prospect of early warning management information system.
