Militarily,the state produces thousands of tons of abandoned propellants each year,and the method for its disposal has not changed much in the past few decades.The main method is to dispose of it by incineration and explosions.In recent years,The increasing emphasis on environmental protection in the world and the increasing promotion of economic production require new and more reasonable treatment methods to replace the traditional treatment methods.This dissertation is based on the research of the overall recycle of the waste butane-based propellant,that is,the waste of the butane-based propellant as the main raw material component,which is chemically degraded and then converted into industrial explosives by adding special additives,Therefore,the research of this paper has carried on three times to the reforming of the waste butane-hydroxide propellant industrial explosives.Through the experiments such as air explosion,underwater explosion,high speed photography,impact sensitivity,DSC thermal analysis,RSC thermal analysis and SEM scanning,Explosive properties analysis of the industrial explosives after the restructuring.By adding special sensitizers with different content of aluminum powder,the butanol and propellant particles are filled with the energy-containing binder to obtain modified high-explosive with waste butanol and propellant.The density of modified high explosive can reach 1.53g · cm-3,the explosive detonation rate can reach as low as 6900m · s-1,up to 7150m · s-1.The explosive energy output of explosives is comparable with the energy output of TNT,Reaching nearly 4.5kJ · g-1,significantly higher than that of TNT's explosive energy output.The new high explosive prepared meets the requirements of industrial explosives and is suitable for the blasting of hard rock outside the open coal mine.Degradation of the solid propellant by chemical degradation makes the butanol and hydroxyl propellant to be in the form of a paste.The obtained paste propellant is improved,and special oxidizers,sensitizers and curing agents are added to obtain the modified paste explosives.Explosive density can reach 1.45g · cm-3,the detonation rate reached 6000m · s-1,dynamite can exceed the emulsion explosive,with the performance requirements of industrial explosives.At the same time,the utilization rate of isobutanol propellant is more than 45%,which can realize the green treatment of abandoned propellant.Through the chemical degradation of the paste propellant added ferrocene and black cable now modified to get a high burning rate propellants and high-detonation explosives,conducted a series of performance tests found that the addition of ferrocene can significantly increase the propellant Improve the sensitivity of the propellant,thereby increasing the burning rate;adding black propellant can significantly improve the detonation velocity of the propellant.Mechanical grinding can be a good mix of propellants and additives,the operation can be a molding,can provide technical support for the industrial disposal of waste propellant.
