In order to study the risk of spraying operation and control the risk of fire and explosion accidents in spraying process,the hazards identification,hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP),layer of protection analysis(LOP A)and fault tree analysis(FTA)in safety system engineering were used to analyze the accident possibility of spraying process.First,risk factors in spraying operation were identified by hazard identification,and the spraying process were determined the most dangerous process by HAZOP.Then,fire and explosion fault tree of spraying process was qualitatively analyzed using FTA.Combine with analytic hierarchy process,experts evaluation method and analogical analysis method to establish an expert comparison scoring method,a database of basic event occurrence probability was established and the fault tree was quantitatively analyzed.Next,the LOPA method acted as a supplementary application of FTA,it was used to get the occurrence frequency of the important accident scene of spraying process and independent protective layer and additional independent protection layer.Finally,the weak links in the prevention and control of spraying process were confirmed.On the basis of the above analysis,it is found that the accident risk of the research object is unacceptable,so risk control measures were further studied on the spraying operation to reduce the risk.The research mainly included the following two aspects:the risk control design and the improvement of rules and regulations in the operation.In this paper,I put forward some improvement measures to reduce the probability of occurrence of basic events,and improved the rules and regulations of key parts to promote the orderly progress of safety management.After the risk control measures were taken,the probability of occurrence at the top of the fault tree was calculated again,making the accident risk to reach an acceptable level.The research process and research results of this thesis have certain guiding and practical significance for the standard operation and safety production of spraying operation.
