Applicationg Of Wireless Private Neteork In Design Of Fushun Mine Oil Plant

Aiming at the problems of the factory's demand and traditional network,this paper takes the actual engineering project as an example and replaces the network of the traditional factory with the wireless digital trunking network.And wireless digital trunking network was used successfully in applications.There are many problems in this project.It's difficult for non-professionals to operate and maintain the devices that are old and complicated.There are many devices with strong current equipment,a 6kV substation with strong electromagnetic field.Which made a lot of interference in system's reception of radios signal.The voice quality and articulation are serious because of the factory has many large machine pumps,compressors with big noise.If the multi-signal coexists,there will be changing stations.And the communication personnel are busy with the maintenance or emergencies,the communication is crowded,blocked,and unable to communicate.A series of requirements for the construction of the new factory were proposed by owners.The equipment was required to be equipped with the card device,which can plug and play,so as to facilitate the operation and maintain the equipment.The group number of wireless communication is increased and the group can be divided flexibly,which can be added to the members of a communication group at any time,and can also be inserted into a group.This system has strong anti-noise,anti-jamming capability and can maintain good communication in the hostile environment of the factory.The system should have a variety of interfaces that can compatible with other systems to deal with emergency(such as leakage or explosion happens),can organize the emergency linkage.So the unified command,unified scheduling can be realized.And the system will be a strong supporting subsystem in the operation of the factory.This project adopts the wireless private network theory,technology,system structure,system function,the actual survey of wireless coverage solutions.In combination with the actual case of Fushun mine shale oil plant,wireless private network application in the project were discussed in detail.And the comparison with traditional network of old factory in communication quality and economic benefit,the communication quality and communication rate are improved greatly.Finally,the problem and prospect of wireless private network in the future are presented.
