In order to explore the basic principle and motion process of the crushing coal rock with cantilevered fracture hard rock,the relationship between the load of the cutter and the structure parameters and the motion parameters is analyzed.At the same time,the mechanical properties of the fractured coal rock in different motion forms were analyzed by means of numerical simulation and experiment.Adopt the method of theoretical analysis,the analysis under the different stages of cutter tooth and the mechanics of coal and rock interaction,at the same time,according to the cutter tooth structure form,the equivalent decomposition knife tooth for tooth and wedge face two parts,the analysis of the two parts in different motion characteristics of the function,adopt the superposition principle,the composite effect of cutter tooth tooth with forces on the surface of the wedge vector superposition and establish the mathematical model of radial cutting coal and rock crushing blade.According to the motion form of the blade,the mathematical model of shear strength and tensile strength crushing coal rock is established based on the theoretical foundation of shear strength and tensile strength.A numerical simulation method is used to analyze the load characteristics of the cutter teeth on the radial and radial cutting and axial vibration composite crushing coal rocks.A comparative analysis is made on the load of single action cutting and composite crushing coal.The influence of the radial velocity wedge Angle and the cutting thickness on the vibration amplitude of the blade is studied.When the cutter is broken,the stress is concentrated on the tip of the blade.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the numerical simulation load with the theoretical model load.Using the method of test,the load characteristics of the equivalent single blade radial cutting coal rock are analyzed with the different wedge Angle and position Angle.The relationship between the equivalent load of the knife tooth and the load of the sensor is analyzed.According to the characteristics and conditions of the crushing test bed of coal rock,the load of the knife has three different stages.The test load and the theoretical model load of different wedge angles are analyzed,and the test load and test load are the same with the Angle of the wedge.The research results provide a reference for improving the crushing efficiency of disc cutter and the design of new working mechanism,laying the foundation for the design of the disc cutting tool and the force analysis of the whole knife plate.
