| At present,the international economy is still in a period of deep adjustment and there is no trend of recovery.Due to the global economic downturn,the demand for mineral products is sluggish and prices continue to fall.The overall situation in the mining industry continues to be at a low level.The domestic economic development has entered a new normal period.Economic growth has changed from rapid development to medium-high-speed development.The state has increasingly stringent requirements on environmental protection and ecological civilization construction.Other factors that seriously affect the cost of mining enterprises and restrict the development of enterprises have gradually increased:the gold industry Enterprises in the next phase will face more daunting challenges.HJ Group Corporation is one of the few central direct-affiliated enterprises in the smelting industry in China and the only one in the gold industry.It has encountered a bottleneck in its development in recent years.Looking at the external environment and internal environment of its development,it faces not only the development opportunities given by the new era but also various daunting challenges.The author has been working for HJ Group Corporation.Through the first-hand information,the author analyzes the internal and external environment of the company,points out the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages,analyzes the external environment with EFE matrix and analyzes the internal Environment,and based on this,we carry out the matrix matching of SWOT and get some options of the company's development strategy.Then we use QSPM quantitative matrix evaluation method to evaluate it quantitatively,to get the development strategy of HJ Group Corporation,and finally propose to promote HJ Group development strategy implementation measures.This article can be used for reference by HJ group corporation to develop enterprise development strategy,and other gold industry enterprises can also take it for reference. |
