Research On The Development Strategy Of China National Gold Group

The exploitation of mineral resources has been significantly affected by the international economic situation.At the current stage,the price of minerals has been continuously declining due to the shrinking demand,and the changes in the international economic situation have affected the development of the mining industry.During currently stage,Economic factor is a mainly factor of restricting mining industry in China.Medium-high speed growth is a “new normal ” for China's economic development.The country pays more attention to the construction of ecological civilization and production safety,which directly leads to the continuous increase of the cost of mineral collection industry,and mining enterprises are subject to increasingly restrictive factors.In the coming period,the gold industry will facing a growing number of challenges.Among the smelting enterprises in China,only China National Gold Group is a central enterprise specializing in gold mining,and it is one of the few enterprises directly under the central government.In the new development stage,China Gold Group is faced with multiple internal and external challenges,its development is restricted by many factors;but in the new period,it also created new development opportunities,and challenges and opportunities coexist in the future.In order to analysis the company's internal and external environment,the author collected a large amount of data.On the basis of multiple research,author also analyzed the opportunities,challenges,strengths and weaknesses that the company faced on the process of the development,used IFE matrix,when analyzed the process of the internal and external environment.Based on the multiple analysis,the SWOT matrix analysis is basic method to seek a better solution.On the basis of quantitative analysis of various factors,the author has made the corresponding strategic plan for the future development of China National Gold Group.It has provided a feasible strategic guidance to promote the sustainable development of China National Gold Group.This research can provide relevant experience for the development of China's gold enterprises,and provide learning and reference opportunities for other smelting enterprises besides China National Gold Group.
