Metal resin integrated molding is also called nano molding technology,which is a new combination of different materials.Through special surface treatment corroding metal,a series of shapes and micro nano pores were shaped on the surface of the metal,in the process of injection molding,the molten resin is filled into the micro nano pores of metal surface,which is realizing the integration of metal and resin molding.Metal resin integrated molding products are widely used in aircraft,vehicle manufacturing,household appliances,medical devices,information technology equipment and 3C products due to their competitive price,high-performance and light weight.In this paper,the metal surface were treated by alkali solution,acid solution and contact treatment liquid,through the improvement and optimization of surface treatment process and injection molding process,the quantitative analysis of the area and depth of the concave holes on the metal surface,and the bonding strength of metal-resin were made,the finite element models of products were established and the influence of filler ratio,mold temperature,gate location on injection molding process was analyzed by Moldex 3D.The main work is as follows:1.The metal resin integrated molding die has been designed.2.By changing the metal surface treatment parameters and measures of liquid concentration,dipping time,temperature and ultrasonic treatment,the average area and depth of micro pores on the metal surface in scanning electron microscope have been analysed by ImagePro-plus,then the aluminum plates have been put into mold in injection molding process,the maximum shear force of products have been measured by a stretcher,the results show that:(1)with the increase of treatment concentration,the average area and depth of micro pores,aluminum surface roughness and the bonding strength of products increased firstly and then decreased slowly,(2)at the condition that the solution concentration was same,with the increase of immersion time,the average area and depth of micro pores,and aluminum surface roughness increased,(3)The evaluation standard of surface treatment process:when the average area of micropores is larger than 9.96 ?m2,or the average depth is larger than 51.26,metal and plastic can form reliable connection,the best concentration of the treatment solution is 5%-7%at room temperature,(4)The effect of introducing ultrasonic vibration and changing the temperature of the treatment liquid on the bonding strength of the products has been analyzed.3.The influence of injection pressure and mold temperature in the process of injection molding on the bonding strength of products has been researched.4.The resin material behavior in the injection molding process of mold filling,packing,cooling and warping about the different filling ratio,mold temperatures and gate locations have been analyzed through Moldex 3D.The optimum process conditions in the process of injection molding have been found,and the best runner design has been obtained.
