In this thesis,for fixing up some problems such as lower CO2 conversion ratio and higher vapor consumption in urea production process in Hua Lu Heng Sheng Company,we studied the process optimum and technical modification.To improve the feed purity,we added hydrogen peroxide solution,which reduces the pressure in high-pressure system,and makes the process more stable.After combining the analyses of tower structure and reaction in synthesis tower,we modified the tower plate in synthesis tower,which increases the conversion ratio and reduce the vapor consumption.After technical modification,we optimized the operation condition in this process,e.g.,lowering the pressure in high pressure system from 14.66 MPa to 14.4 MPa,reducing the ammonium solution content from 9.2%to 7.5%.Finally,the conversion ratio is increased from 58.81%to 60.51%and the process is operated at optimum conditions.
