With the deepening of my country's supply-side structural reforms and the further upgrading of mineral mining technologies,the country's environmental protection requirements for the mineral mining industry have continued to increase.Mineral mining companies have entered the era of green production.Various high-tech mining technologies have been continuously invested and used,resulting in mineral mining.The increasing dependence of enterprises on technical talents has further exacerbated the negative effects of the shortage of technical talents in mining enterprises.Due to the current shortage of technical talents,a series of problems have become the core issues for the sustainable development of current mineral enterprises.How to retain and attract technical talents through the optimization of the employee incentive system to become a mining enterprise to achieve industrial upgrading and production efficiency The key to promotion.This article takes Company A as an example.It hopes to analyze the existing problems in the current incentive system for technical employees of Company A,dig out the internal reasons,and analyze the technical means to achieve the optimization and guarantee strategy of its technical employee incentive system and reduce technical employees' The turnover rate will finally solve the dilemma of the loss of technical talents in the sustainable development of mining enterprises.At the same time,it provides experience and reference for domestic enterprises of the same type to achieve technical talent incentives.In this regard,this article analyzes the current status of the incentive mechanism for technical employees in Company A,and through investigation and analysis,it is found that the incentive mechanism for technical employees has lack of fairness in the incentive system,insufficient job satisfaction and working time flexibility,and incentive system managers to implement Weakness and narrow promotion channels for employees are four problems.In response to these problems,based on the research experience and research results of many domestic and foreign scholars on employee incentive indicators,construct an indicator system for the influencing factors of the technical employee incentive system of A company in project management,obtain research data through questionnaire surveys,and use AHP model calculations Influencing factor weight calculation.The research results show that,compared with material incentives,technical employees of Company A pay more attention to spiritual incentives involving their personal pursuit and future development,including career promotion,performance appraisal,and personal career planning.Based on the above results,this article proposes an optimization strategy for the technical employee incentive system of company A from four aspects including employee promotion,performance appraisal,work content,and salary and benefits,and proposes four guarantees for the system,organization,capital and internal environment.
