Municipal Solid Waste increased in recent years,and trash crisis broke out frequently.As we know that Municipal Solid Waste system is an important part of urban management system,it is important for us to learn what cause this issue.The problem reflects the Municipal Solid waste system had already lost major function or even partial collapse,under the internal or external factor.As the proportion of urbanization increase,research on a single part is not enough to deal with the current grim situation of civil garbage problem.President Xi Jinping emphasized at the 14th meeting of the CPC Central Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs:whether the sorted treatment of waste can be widely implemented concerns the improvement of living environment for over 1.3 billion people,and concerns whether waste can be reduced,recycled,and safe disposed.According to the requirements of the 13th five-year plan for urban environmental construction,the Municipal Solid Waste system needs to be further studied.Complex system has its own vulnerability.Such as the logistics supply chain system,the Internet communication system,and the natural ecological system.The process of garbage collection and transportation which is irreversibility,uncertainty and brittleness belongs to reverse logistics,so it is suitable for brittleness risk analysis method of complex system.From the perspective of complex system,This paper used the theory of entropy explores the vulnerability of urban garbage collector processing system,utilizing the entropy to measure the collector processing system of the inherent brittleness and the risk occurs on the system.Relation between each subsystem is also calculated by using the entropy.An adjustable model is given by controlling the contact between two subsystems to reduce the of brittleness risk of garbage process.In this paper,we study method of decision support for urban management system,providing the basis for optimization of municipal Solid Waste system.
