This paper studies the structure and performance of green tires in terms of raw material selection and processing conditions.White carbon black is an important rubber reinforcing filler,which is second only to carbon black.Vulcanizate filled with silica has more excellent wet skid resistance.However,due to the accumulation of a large number of silicon hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica,which have strong polarity,silica has poor compatibility with non-polar rubbers,such as solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and natural rubber.So,silica is easy to reunite and does not disperse well in rubber,thus affecting its reinforcing effect.Therefore,we have improved the dispersion of white carbon black by using different coupling agents and changing the modification temperature,which improves the properties of vulcanizate.At the same time,we also compared and analyzed the effects of different structures of silica and butadiene rubber on the properties of SiO2/SSBR/BR composites.The research shows:1)In SiO2/SSBR/BR composites,the addition of Si69 can improve the dispersion of white carbon,reducing the heat generation of vulcanizates and enhancing the dynamic mechanical properties.However,the cutting resistance and the crack propagation rate are also worse.When the modification temperature is 140?,the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates are optimal.And when 160?,the dynamic mechanical properties of the vulcanizates are optimal.KH550 can not effectively enhance the interaction between white carbon black and SSBR/BR rubber.The filler in the vulcanizate is still strongly aggregated and the hysteresis loss is still high.KH580 enhance the interaction effectively between the filler and the rubber,and rolling resistance and wet skid resistance of the vulcanizate are greatly improved,but the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanizate are significantly decreased due to the excessive cross-link density.2)Silica DNS2 has a serious aggregation in the vulcanizate,whose comprehensive performances are poor.Silica 1165MP has the best reinforcing performance.The vulcanizates filled with 1165MP have the highest tensile strength and the stress at 300%strain,the good cutting resistance and wet skid resistance.However,the rolling resistance and crack growth resistance are poor.The vulcanizates filled with silica WL180,VN3,and T383 have little difference in physical and mechanical properties,among which WL180 performs well in terms of rolling resistance and crack propagation resistance;VN3 can better balances rolling resistance and wet skid resistance;T383 behaves poorly at comprehensive performance due to bad dispersion in rubber.3)In the comprehensive performances of the vulcanizate with a BR/SSBR ratio of 25/75,the presentation of the nickel-based butadiene rubber BR9000 is not significantly different from that of the ruthenium butadiene rubber.Some properties are even better than those of ruthenium butadiene rubber.Ruthenium butadiene rubber CB24 showed the best overall performance.Nd24EZ,which has a long branched chain structure,exhibits excellent performance in terms of tear strength and crack growth rate.Nd22EZ,which has a long branched chain structure and high Mooney viscosity,shows the best rolling resistance and wet skid resistance.
