1,8 naphthyridine derivatives are a kind of organic compounds with good photochemical properties and excellent coordination ability with various transition metals.They are widely used in organic synthesis,novel chemical materials,and biomedical fields.Terpyridine can form a large conjugated system and show strong?electron-donating ability.There is a metal-to-ligand d-?~*feedback bond in its complexes,so it can form a stable structure with many metals.Therefore,terpyridine metal complexes are important in organic chemical synthesis.In this dissertation,eight new compounds were synthesized and characterized.Their crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffractometer,their properties characterized by UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy.Four naphthyridine compounds were investigated by density functional method.Some results were obtained.The main results are as follows:1.Two 1,8 naphthyridine derivatives were synthesized and characterized by~1H NMR and their spectral properties were measured.2.Two boron-fluorine derivatives based on 1,8 naphthyridine were synthesized and their crystal structures were determined.Their spectral properties were measured.The results show that they have good luminescent properties,and they may be used as potential photophysical materials.3.Four terpyridine metal complexes were synthesized,their crystal structure and spectral properties were measured.The way of coordination for the terpyridine compounds with different metal was invetigated.In conclusion,4 naphthyridine compounds,including 2 boron-fluorine derivatives and 4 terpyridine metal complexes were synthesized and investigated.And some compounds have good properties.The results maybe provide a reference for relative study.
