Automatic Control System On Stamp-Charging Coke Oven Equipment

Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group established its 2 stamp-charging coke ovens in the Phase-4 Project with the annual coke production capacity of 1.35 million tons in 2009,but the equipment automation level of coke oven is relatively low.In order to meet the production and operation requirements,56 people are assigned to operate the machine equipment of coke oven,accounting for 37.58% of the total personnel of the coking workshop.Some high temperature,heavy dust and toxic gas near the coke oven still require manual operation.The research and development of automatic control system for stamp-charging coke oven,bring out the automatic control of coke oven equipment,on the one hand,can reduce the labor intensity of post workers,improve labor productivity;On the other hand,it can lay a foundation for reducing the number of employees and increasing the efficiency of enterprises and improve their competitiveness.This paper compares the equipment control level of coke oven at home and abroad.and puts forward the general scheme of "five vehicles" automatic control of the stamp-charging coke oven.By comparing several existing position identification technologies and combining with the production environment of coke oven,the position information of "five cars" of coke oven is identified by the coded cable addressing detection technology.Wireless spread spectrum communication technology is adopted to achieve the communication between mobile locomotives and ground fixed stations and wireless data transmission between locomotives and ground fixed stations.At the same time,developed manage software to edit module,interlocking status module,system setting module,history module functions,to informatize the coke oven management.After the study and implementation of the "five vehicles" automatic control system of the stamp-charging coke oven,the "five vehicles" can bring out unmanned operation,manned duty and reduce the number of vehicle operators by eight.The implementation results verify the correctness of the technical scheme.The address detection and data communication of each locomotive in the system are completely separated to avoid the loss of address due to the interruption of data communication.The adopted coded cable can continuously and accurately detect absolute address within the range of mobile locomotives,and the detection accuracy is no more than 5mm,which can completely meet the precise positioning requirements of mobile locomotives.Address code generated by the ground unit of each car,the car address detection unit analytical way of vehicle detection,can meet the real-time requirements of locomotive automatic line go to address detection,improve the reliability of the automatic control system.
