Safety accidents of construction enterprises are effectively controlled,which is an important prerequisite for sustainable development of enterprises,and reasonable safety investment is the prerequisite for effective control of safety accidents.Reasonable safety input includes two aspects:(1)Implementation of safety input behavior;(2)Optimization of the proportion of safety input.Decision-making safety investment is studied from the perspective of behavior,and its influencing factors are: the attitude of safety,subjective behavior norms,past safety investment behavior,the intention of safety investment,etc.Decision-making on safety investment proportion is conducted to study the relationship between safety investment and accident losses.Firstly,this paper studies the influencing factors of safety investment in decision-making;this paper uses structural equation model(SEM),obtains observation data through questionnaire,studies and analyses the observation data,and obtains the influencing factors and influencing factors of safety investment decision-making in construction enterprises as follows: the attitude of safety(0.41),subjective behavior norms(0.28),past safety investment behavior(0.25)and safety investment intention(0.18).In order to promote the safety investment of construction enterprises,it is necessary to improve the safety attitude,subjective norms of construction enterprises,learn from the past safety investment experience and enhance the safety investment intention of the owners of construction enterprises.Secondly,this paternal studies the optimal proportion of safety input.The CES(Constant elasticity of substitution production function)was used to analyze the optimal effect of safety investment decision-making of construction enterprises.The optimal proportion of safety investment in construction enterprises is studied to maximize the safety benefit of safety investment in construction enterprises(that is,the minimum cost of accident loss).Based on the production function of CES,we use multiple regression equation analysis method to get the regression equation constants and safety input benefit coefficients: safety technology,industrial health,auxiliary facilities,education and propaganda,labor insurance fives input coefficients are 0.104,0.143,0.128,0.47,0.174.Finally based on the analysis of safety input data and accident loss data of a construction enterprise over the years,it is found that the average accident loss ratio of the total output value is 0.808‰.The research on safety investment decision-making of construction enterprises provides the basis for construction enterprises to get scientific safety investment decision-making,so as to reduce safety accidents and accident losses.
