As the pillar industry of our country at this stage,the construction industry occupies a very high position in the national economy.At the same time,it is also an industry with frequent accidents.As the top three real estate construction enterprises in China,the Biguiyuan Group has gathered negative news in recent years,from the "quality gate" in 2016 to the "cosmetic face" in 2017 to the frequent accidents in 2018.From 2017 to the first half of 2018,there were 11 major safety incidents in Biguiyuan group,and 11 people died.It has caused a very serious and serious impact on the Biguiyuan Group,and even seriously affected the entire construction industry in China.This study is in-depth analysis of the real estate development operation process,from the construction phase of the security system to start research.At the same time,through the analysis of the typical safety cases in recent years,find out the relevance of these cases,on the basis of the construction safety system implemented by the group,through the use of safety management risk analysis,safety assessment,accident safety assessment and measurement of enterprise safety accidents and other safety management analysis.Methods the safety management links of the group were elaborated and suggestions for improvement were put forward.I hope this will help to further enhance the safety level of Qian'an Biguiyuan construction.On this basis,the paper puts forward some specific suggestions to optimize the safety management level of Biguiyuan building in Qian'an.Specifically,it includes optimizing the safety assurance system of the project,optimizing the supervision and safety management system,optimizing the construction of the internal safety culture of the project,and forming a management mode with full participation.
