Research On Housing Construction Safety Supervision Management System And Its Application

Controlling unsafe behavior of construction workers is the focus of research in the field of construction safety.In recent years,researchers have studied the unsafe behavior of builders and their mechanisms from the perspective of constructors,combined with psychology and behavioral research.With the emphasis on the role of supervision in the whole society,the existing research has studied the control of unsafe behavior of construction workers from the perspective of supervisors and supervision work.However,the imperfection of the institutional system,the loss of social cognition,the scarcity of supervision talents and the chaos of the supervision market have made it difficult to carry out supervision work.It is difficult to control security incidents.In order to solve the above problems,this study,starting from the six types of accidents,from the perspective of "people" cause,"objects" cause,"management" cause and "environment" cause,identified the danger source existing in the process of housing construction;then,proposed the hazard source evaluation system;third,from the perspective of supervisors and supervision work,proposed the prevention and control measures for hazard sources;finally,build a building safety management system.The main research contents included:(1)the six types of hazard sources existing in the building process are identified,including: hazard sources of falling from high places,and hazard sources of objects,hazard sources of machine,hazard sources of electric shock,hazard source of collapse and hazard sources of fire;(2)evaluation of hazardsources existing in the construction process of the building by means of checklists:evaluation index of falling from high places,evaluation index of objects,evaluation index of machine,evaluation index of electric shock,evaluation index of collapse and evaluation index of fire;(3)with "three control",that is,the principle of pre-control,construction process control and post-event control,detailed description of the prevention and control measures of hazard source from the perspective of supervisors and supervision work;(4)the verification the effectiveness of the safety supervision management system.This study,taking the identification,evaluation and preventing and controlling measures of dangerous sources as a breakthrough point,established a safety supervision management system to improve the existing safety supervision work,making the safety supervision work more efficient,and improving the safety construction ability of construction workers,reducing the frequency of security incidents.
