| As the main raw material of fluorine industry,fluorite can be used in many industrial fields and is regarded as a strategic resource by many countries.Fluorite resource is abundant in China,but most of the ores are poor,paragenesis and associated minerals.Due to the long-term chaotic mining and a large number of exports,our country’s resources and environment are being destroyed.As fluorite is used more and more widely in recent years,the rational utilization of fluorite resources has become an important issue.In this paper,the status of fluorite beneficiation at home and abroad is analyzed,and the experimental study on a fluorite mine in Pingquan,Chengde,is carried out.The ore structure and mineral composition of the mineral are analyzed.A series of conditional experiments were carried out according to their mineral characteristics.As a result,the optimum flotation process and reagent conditions of the ore were determined,and the better indexes of the concentrate were obtained.The results show that fluorite,quartz and calcium carbonate are mainly composed of the fluorite ore in Pingquan,Chengde,and the content of calcium carbonate is high,which belongs to a refractory ore.Acid glass should be used as an inhibitor in order to select more than 95% of the fluorite products.The optimal process conditions and drug system determined by the test: the fineness of grinding is-0.074 mm particle size 70%,collector sodium oleate 500g/t,inhibitor modified sodium silicate GS-25 dosage 2000g/t,p H value adjustment agent sodium carbonate dosage 1500g/t.A concentrate product with CaF2 grade of 97.24%,yield of 22.47% and recovery rate of 81.57% was obtained through flotation test with one time roughing,seven times selecting and one time scavenging.This paper is of great practical significance for improving the quality of fluorite products and solving the problem of rational development and utilization of fluorite resources in Pingquan,Chengde. |
