After years of coal mining in the eastern part of our country,the shallow buried coal is rarely preserved.At present,there are many kinds of mining forms for the conversion of open air to underground mode.With the increase of the depth of mining in the eastern region,ventilation route,ventilation structure and air leakage,it is imperative to optimize the ventilation system in order to ensure the safe production of mine and the development of future mine.In this paper,through the understanding of the basic situation of Lvjiatuo,lvjiatuo mine is a low gas mine.The mine ventilation is one wing diagonal,and the diagonal wind well is located in the west wing of the well,and the main fan working mode is drawn out.Now,two large horizontal adjustable axial flow fans with equal capacity are installed in the west diagonal wind well.As the mine general supply wind,one is used for the operation and the other for reserve.the total drainage volume of the mine is 278.6 m3/s,and all the mining areas are divided ventilation,the working faces are independently ventilated up till now.The method of the combination of inclined pressure difference meter and air pressure method is used to measure the ventilation resistance of lvjiazo mine,which gives full play to the advantages of each test method.Through the determination of the ventilation resistance of the mine,the data are collated,and then verified,the maximum ventilation resistance route was analyzed according to the data,and the decrease of-600 East Road,-425 return mountain.Lane three ventilation resistance is the key to reducing the ventilation resistance of the mine.According to the actual situation,the optimization scheme is put forward,and the optimization scheme of drag reduction in each area is analyzed,and the effectiveness of each scheme is analyzed,and the ventilation capacity of the ventilation system after the optimization is approved to ensure the effective scheme.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the safety management of mine ventilation system.
