Complete and reliable ventilation system is an important prerequisite for 'One Ventilation and Three Prevention' of mine,and is also an important foundation for mine to maintain its safety production.Constructing reasonable ventilation system has important practical significance for enhancement the ability of catastrophes resistance of mine.This thesis was fulfilled on the basis of Reliability Research on Ventilation System of Air Shaft Operation in Lujiayu cooperated by Liaoning Technical University and Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group Changping Corporation.Analyzing and studying the ventilation resistance and power of mine,combining practical condition of ventilation system in Changping Mine,the existing problems of Changping Mine is analyzed firstly from the angle of ventilation resistance,and is then researched from the aspects of ventilation resistance and power,and the solution for the matching of ventilation power is provided.The ventilation status in Changping Mine is:along with the continuous expansion of south wing in Sipan Area,wind location here exist the condition of insufficient wind supply,and its ventilation is fairly difficult,and is faced with difficult air regulation under the shaft and difficult wind supply.Fushan air shaft faces great pressure of independent wind supply,together with the newly-founded Sanpan Area and its expansion,independent wind supply of Fushan air shaft that bears these areas can no longer satisfy the demand for wind of mine,therefore air intake shaft and return air shaft in Lujiayu,Sanpan Area needs to be put into operation.Aiming at the problem of ventilation power,this thesis firstly analyzes and study the operation condition of present ventilation system in Changping Mine,and makes schemes for the air shaft operation of Lujiayu and imitates and analyzes the scheme,and then determines optimum operation scheme satisfying actual requirement are determined by overall comparison,analysis and consideration on the feasibility of each scheme.After the operation of new air shaft with the determined optimum scheme,the following two research works are mainly carried out:first,in order to verify the stability of the ventilation system in whole mine after the operation of new air shaft,utilizing the established ventilation management information system of Changping Mine,conducting systematical and overall analysis and research on brand-new ventilation system,obtaining the distribution of existing ventilation system resistance and wind,finding out existent ventilation problems,especially the regions with excessive distribution of resistance,and then giving reasonable solutions.Second,Grasping specific conditions on the existing ventilation power and resistance in Changping Mine,conducting analysis and research on main blower performance of each air return shaft in whole mine aiming at ventilation power,and analyzing and studying the distribution rule of natural wind pressure of all air shaft,which will make preparation for the matching of ventilation power and resistance in later period.On the basis of the completion of early research work,the matching condition between ventilation power and resistance in mine is analyzed and studied,and relevant definition for measuring ventilation power and resistance.Putting it into application by taking Changping Mine as research object,adopting the combination of data and graph,finding out Changping Mine currently faces or forthcoming mismatching area,combining production continuity,utilizing optimum theory,carrying out technical scheme aiming at mismatching area and offering reasonable suggestions.Through study of this thesis,we should realize matching between ventilation power and resistance of mine,ensure that its ventilation system can continuously satisfy the requirements of safety production of mine,and enormously improve the stability,reliability,rationality and economical efficiency of ventilation system in mine.
