An important prerequisite for production mine with‘One Ventilation and Three Prevention'is to have a good and stable mine ventilation system.A reasonable ventilation system is a key factor to ensure the safety and high production of mine.Whether the ventilation system is good or not has a strong connection with its ventilation power and resistance.The Paper is based on the cooperation scientific research project about Research on Ventilation Power and Ventilation Resistance Matching and Ventilation System Reliability of Wangzhuang Coal Mine between Liaoning Technology University and Wangzhuang Coal Mine of Lu'an Group.In order to study the matching state between ventilation power and resistance of the ventilation system,the concept of the matching degree between ventilation power and ventilation resistance is proposed.And the influence of the working wind pressure and working efficiency of the fan is considered comprehensively,the calculation formula of the matching degree is given and the hierarchical division of calculation results is carried out.In order to study the current situation of ventilation system of Wangzhuang Coal Mine,the basic Parameters of ventilation power and ventilation resistance are tested firstly.On the Part of the ventilation resistance,the resistance of each section of the maximum resistance route of each wind well was comPared and analyzed.On the Part of the ventilation power,the main ventilator performance of each return air shaft was analyzed.The matching degree of ventilation resistance and ventilation power of each return air shaft of the ventilation system of Wangzhuang Mine was calculated.Combined with the actual operating conditions,the matching status of each wind well in the current ventilation system of Wangzhuang Coal Mine was analyzed.Combined with the current actual operating conditions and production connection plan of Wangzhuang Coal Mine,through the calculation and analysis of matching degree,the 52 panel of Wangzhuang Coal Mine will have a matching degree drop after the new mining face is arranged,which gives the improvement of ventilation power and resistance.The optimization and transformation plan of the matching degree is simulated by the ventilation management information system,and the matching degree of the west return ventilation shaft is implemented according to each optimization and transformation plan.The summary analysis shows that the special 52 return air is repaired,and the 740 main lateral is closed.The ventilation system optimization and transformation plan of the transportation lane is optimal,which ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.There are 38 figures,40 tables and 53 references in this Paper.
