Research And Application Of Emergency Cohesive Force Theory Of Disaster Groups

China is a country with frequent natural disasters,these natural disasters often bring disastrous consequences to our society,including casualties,property losses,social unrest and so on.However,the casualties and losses caused by disasters are directly caused by them,but a considerable part is caused by the group events caused by the lack of individual needs of the disaster groups.Behind almost every disaster people will see some more or less caused to meet their needs of deviant behavior.Based on the above background,we take disaster group behavior as the research object,and it takes the theory of group cohesion as the research method,by using the method of literature review,theoretical analysis,statistical analysis and other disasters on the domestic and foreign community event study analysis,starting from the disaster group internal cohesion,and analyzes its influence on the group cohesion of the disaster from the perspective of demand.This paper mainly analyzes the source power,influencing factors and cohesive force characteristics of emergency cohesive force of disaster groups.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions about the emergency cohesive force of disaster groups under the influence of demand,which can be referred to in disaster relief in China.Through the theoretical case study,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The source of emergency cohesive force of disaster groups is the demand of disaster groups,and whether the demand can be satisfied directly affects the internal cohesion of disaster groups.(2)The factors that affect the emergency cohesive force of disaster groups are divided into five aspects: safety,material,spirit,restoration and individual needs.Each part plays different roles in different stages.(3)The change of emergency cohesive force of disaster groups has the characteristics of periodicity and directionality.Scientific guidance and utilization will be helpful to the rescue work after disaster.This paper can provide some reference for disaster relief management after natural disaster,and it has certain theoretical significance.
