With the development of automation technology,more and more manipulators are used in all walks of life.This paper mainly designs a manipulator control system for stamping equipment aiming at the stamping process production line of rice cooker inner liner,which can replace manual operation of material loading and unloading,reduce labor cost and improve product quality.Therefore,this paper takes the stamping manipulator of rice cooker inner liner as the research object and puts forward a design method which is suitable for stamping process to realize production automation.It mainly takes Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC as the control core and the host computer adopts touch screen design method.The control system has low cost,stable operation and effective.The automatic production line of stamping process for rice cooker inner liner has been improved,the production rhythm has been improved,and the production efficiency has also been significantly improved.It meets the production needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.It is of great significance to promote the automation of rice cooker production line.The main contents of this study are as follows:?1?According to the present situation and existing problems of the stamping process line of the rice cooker inner liner in the enterprise,and according to the requirements of the existing stamping equipment and production environment,the cylindrical coordinate manipulator is selected to replace the manual one to complete the operation of the feeding and unloading of the stamping process of the rice cooker inner liner.By analyzing the control flow and working mode of the manipulator,the basis is put forward.In the"PLC+touch screen"control system architecture,using modular design ideas,determine the overall design scheme and technical parameters of the manipulator requirements.?2?The hardware structure scheme of the manipulator is determined,and the selection calculation of the key components such as servo motor is completed,which lays the foundation for the following control system software design.?3?The main parts of the control system include controller,drive module,execution module,sensor module and man-machine interface.The PLC of Mitsubishi FX3U series is selected as the controller studied in this paper.The PLC part is elaborated emphatically,and the working mode of the manipulator is determined.According to the engineering process and requirements of the manipulator,the input and output ports of the system are allocated,and the electrical wiring diagram and the control program flow chart are designed.At the same time,the selection of the touch screen and the design of the interface are completed,which can realize the monitoring of the system and effectively achieve the purpose of human-computer interaction.?4?Testing the prototype,mainly testing the function of each module of the manipulator,verifying the operation mode and working mode of the manipulator,checking the stability of the control system,the experiment shows that the manipulator can complete the corresponding handling task according to the predetermined procedures,and the operation is stable and efficient,and can meet the design requirements.This research adopts modular design idea and designs an economical manipulator control system for stamping process of rice cooker inner liner.It solves the problems of low efficiency,low qualification rate,high labor intensity and safety in manual feeding and unloading.It provides guidance for automatic production line and provides guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises in home appliance manufacturing.Industry also has reference significance and reference value.
