With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in our country,the amount and type of all kinds of industrial solid waste and household garbage is growing rapidly as well.The solid waste management in China starts late.The current solid waste management system is not standard and perfect.The recycle method of solid waste is single and the level is low.Therefore,a large quantity of resources has been wasted and the solid waste also become an important pollution source.Solid waste management is a key research topic of environmental protection in China and abroad.In this paper,we adopted the analogy analysis to the discharge of solid waste,the disposal amount,use data from 2009 to 2016 in Baoji,which was based on the actual survey about the present situation of solid waste management of some enterprises.Also,we listed the main category of solid waste,analyzed the generation,disposal and utilization of industrial hazardous waste in each county and industry and listed the key industries and key enterprises to produce solid waste.The analysis results showed that the most productive industrial wastes in Baoji were tailings,fly ash and slag.The most hazardous waste was HW11 distillation residue,HW48 nonferrous metal smelting waste and HW34 waste acid etc.Due to the unbalance of geographical environment and industrial development,the amount of solid waste,the amount of disposal and the utilization level of solid waste in each region were obviously different.The most industrial solid waste in Baoji were produced in Fengxian county,Taibai county and Fengxiang county.But the largest use of the solid waste was in Fengxiang county,Chencang district,Fengxian county.The counties with the most disposal wasFengxian county,Taibai county and Linyou county.The three industries with the largest amount of industrial solid waste were non-ferrous metal mining,electric power production and supply,non-ferrous metal melting and rolling processing industry.The industry with the largest amount of use was electric power,thermal production and supply,non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry.The industry with the largest disposal was non-ferrous metal mining,non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry,coal mining and washing industry.In Baoji city,the county with the most hazardous waste production and the most comprehensive utilization was Fengxian County,Fengxiang county and Weibin district.The county with the largest disposal was Jintai district,Weibin district and Qishan county.The three industries with the largest amount of hazardous waste and the largest amount of profit are non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry,general equipment manufacturing and non-metal mineral products industry.The industry with the largest disposal was environmental management industry,non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry and special equipment manufacturing industry.According to the result of the analysis,the following suggestions were raised to the environmental protection work in Baoji city:(1)Strengthening the propaganda and training of the environmental protection work;Strengthening the supervision of key solid wastes;(2)To increase the management and policy support of key regions,key industries and key enterprises;(3)According to the industrial structure,industrial development level of different areas and resources targeted to improve solid waste disposal and utilization technology level,promote comprehensive utilization of solid waste and so on of better development to provide a scientific reference and basis to Baoji environmental protection work.
