Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Solid Waste Management For City Areas Of Guang Xi

At present,with the continuous progress of urbanization in China,the output of solid waste in large,medium and small cities is also increasing.The disposal management of municipal solid waste has become an important factor related to the development of a city and even a region.At present,it is in Guangxi,where the economy is growing rapidly,and the speed of urbanization is increasing.It is also faced with the increasing urban solid waste management problems with the rapid development of urbanization.This study,taking the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object,analyzed the status of municipal solid waste management in this area,and explored the existing problems,then put forward the clear direction and countermeasures of solid waste management.This research will provide the basis for the management of Guangxi municipal solid waste.The main results are as follows:(1)Urban solid waste in Guangxi mainly consists of municipal solid waste,kitchen waste and urban construction waste,accounting for 60 %,21 % and 19 %.In Guangxi municipal solid waste,the typical municipal solid waste is mainly organic matter,accounting for 54 % ~ 67 %,the inorganic matter takes 33 % ~ 46 %,the water content is about 45 % ~ 51 %,the low calorific value varies from 4792 to 5060 KJ/kg,and the recoverable material accounts for 17% of the total amount.(2)Statistical data of 2010-2016 years show that the annual production of municipal solid waste in Guangxi has increased by 6.7 %.In 7 years,about 737 thousand and 600 tons of solid waste have not been properly disposed of,accounting for 3.3 % of the total amount of solid waste.The correlation analysis shows that the amount of solid waste production is positively correlated with urban population,area and per capita income,and the correlation coefficient of P <0.05 is 0.9622,0.9821 and 0.9657 respectively.(3)The grey prediction model of municipal solid waste in Guangxi was established by using the amount of municipal solid waste produced in 2010-2016 years in Guangxi.The application range,residual and posterior difference of the model were tested.It showed that the model was suitable for medium and long term prediction and high precision,and the model was used for the municipal solid waste in the city of Guangxi during 2020-2025 years.The prediction of waste production shows that the urban solid waste in Guangxi will reach 6,203,300 tons in 2020.(4)At present,the management of municipal solid waste in Guangxi is mainly based on the establishment of safeguards,charging system,strengthening the operation of safeguards,and implementing supervision and management.Overall,the results are obvious,but there are still some problems and shortcomings.For example,the type of solid waste treatment is relatively simple;the awareness of environmental protection of the residents and the social awareness of the enterprise need to be improved;the classification of garbage needs to be further promoted;the modernization level of the transport mode is low,and the operation and supervision and management need to be strengthened.According to the research results,this paper puts forward relevant strategies that can effectively enhance the level of municipal solid waste management in Guangxi.Specifically,it includes changing management concept,reforming existing management system,establishing comprehensive management operation mechanism of sustainable development,improving existing treatment technology,establishing and perfecting financial guarantee mechanism,and establishing public participation system.
