The rapidly growing of municipal solid waste(MSW)and a large amount of industrial solid waste(ISW)have become an important restriction factor that influence the sustainable development of economy and society of China.In this paper,waste paper,which is the typical component of MSW was used as raw material,and five kinds of ISW was selected as catalyst for pyrolysis experiment with a self-made fixed bed pyrolysis furnace.This research aims to build a catalytic pyrolysis model for wastepaper,and the influences of five kinds of ISW on waste paper pyrolysis process were investigated.Also characteristics of the built pyrolysis model and the regeneration performance of these catalysts were studied.The main results of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)The main components of these five kinds of ISW are similar to commercial catalysts that ensure they have catalytic effect.The test results show that these ISW could promote the transformation of pyrolysis gas from pyrolysis liquid and carbon.Under different catalyst conditions,the physical and chemical characteristics of catalytic pyrolysis oil were analyzed.And these results showed that the catalyst can increase the moisture content of wastepaper pyrolysis liquid,reduce the percentage values of macromolecules the viscosity of pyrolysis oil.The viscosity reduction effect of C and E is marked,which can reduce the viscosity value by 60% approximately.(2)Experimental study on catalytic pyrolysis process of wastepaper was made by using the most effect catalyst E on viscosity reducing.The experiment is guided by the theory of DOE,with the aid of Minitab software for planning and design,and the specific design method of Box-Behnken is adopted.The influences of pyrolysis temperature,catalyst ratio and charge volume on pyrolysis results were studied,and the response variables included the yield of pyrolysis product and some physical and chemical properties of pyrolysis oils.The analysis results showed that the validity of these established surface equations were different according to different response variables,and there exists correlation among different response variables.The pyrolysis model has been used to forecast the experimental results and some experiments have been done to confirm these predicted values.The result show that these models were meaningful and can used to optimal the pyrolysis process and forecast the experimental results.(3)Catalyst E was sieved out from pyrolysis carbon and regenerated by calcination method.With the before and after comparison on composition of Catalyst E with the XRD and FTIR analysis results,the composition of catalyst E were changed a little.The regenerated catalyst E was used to test the effect of his regeneration,and the experiment results shown that the catalytic activity of regenerated catalyst is weaker than that of native catalytst.
