Study On Delineation Of Ecological Protection Red Line In Qinling Mountains Province

The ecological protection red line refers to the area with special important ecological function which needs to be strictly protected in the ecological space.Furthermore,it is the bottom line and lifeline to safeguard and maintain the country's ecological safety.Qinling Mountains is a geographical marker of China,a north-south boundary line and an important ecological security barrier.Located in the Qinling Mountains region of southwest Shaanxi Province,Fengxian County is a Belt and Road route to the West.As a representative region of the Qinling Mountains,the delineation of the ecological red line in Fengxian County is of great significance.In this study,Fengxian County is selected as the research area,based on the technical line and delineation principle of the red line of ecological protection,combined with the regional characteristics of Fengxian County,spatial interpolation,superposition analysis and many other techniques are used to evaluate the ecological environment sensitivity and the importance of ecological function respectively.It includes four contents of the sensitivity of soil erosion,the importance of water conservation,the importance of soil and water conservation and the importance of the maintenance of biodiversity,and classifying the evaluation results according to the classification standards of the guidelines for the delimitation of the red line of ecological protection and expert knowledge,initial results are obtained from the space superposition.It is found that the evaluation model of biodiversity conservation is not entirely applicable to the ecosystem characteristics of Fengxian County through the superposition verification of the existing ecological protection sites in the study area.According to the characteristics of mid-to high altitude in Qinling Mountains biodiversity,the evaluation parameters are adjusted,and the suitable evaluation model is determined by comparison and analysis.The method of delimiting the red line of the ecological protection of Fengxian County is obtained,which has theoretical guiding significance for the delimitation of the red line of ecological protection in Qinling Mountains.The main research results are as follows:According to the guidelines for the delineation of the ecological protection red line,Fengxian County's initial ecological protection red line area is 1494.34 km~2,accounting for47.44%of the territory of Fengxian County.Based on the results of the initial ecological protection red line delineation in Fengxian County and the superposition of existing ecological protection sites,the distribution of the biodiversity conservation function areas within the red line is not consistent with the ecological characteristics of Qinling Mountains.The process of assessing the importance of biodiversity conservation was reviewed and the elevation parameters in the assessment model were adjusted,a comparative analysis of the elevation negative correlation assessment model and the adjusted elevation positive correlation assessment model in the guidelines for the delineation of ecological protection red lines,the results show that the adjusted model can evaluate the habitat of middle and high-altitude forest land and grassland,and less to the residential land,which is suitable for the mountainous areas with rich biodiversity in the middle and high elevations,an assessment method for the importance of biodiversity conservation in Qinling Mountains.According to the changed assessment model,the planned area of the red line of ecological protection in Fengxian County is 1369.01 km~2,accounting for 43.46%of the land area of Fengxian County.The results of ecological protection red line are analyzed coordinately and the benefits are analyzed.The applicability and validity of the results of the ecological protection red line delineation are checked separately,and the determination method is reasonable.The delineation of the red line of ecological protection in Fengxian County is representative to the delineation of the ecological protection red line in Qinling Mountains,which can provide reference for the demarcation of the red line of ecological protection in Qinling Mountains.
