By investigating the adsorption regularity of chiral compound with different enantiomeric excess?ee?values on chiral SPE columns,a quantitative analysis method for ee value was developed.The main works are as follows:Chiral MOF[Co2?L-Trp??INT?2?H2O?2?ClO4?]was synthesized as SPE packing for adsorption of the chiral hydrobenzoin.The parameters of SPE conditions were optimized.The total enantiomeric concentration of eluent samples were measured using C18 column by high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?.A good linear relationship between the ee value of the feed solution and the total enantiomer concentration in the eluent was found.The quantitative analysis of the unknown ee value sample showed that the method will have a good prospect.After synthesized and packed the[Zn2?bdc??L-lac??dmf?]·DMF for preparation of column of SPE,the adsorptions of chiral 3,5-dinitro-N-?1-phenylethyl?benzamide with different ee values were studied.The unknown ee value of the enantiomer was determined.Compared to the results of the chiral HPLC assay,the error of the quatitative analysis was small.A chiral material[Cu?S-mal??bpy?]n was synthesized for the extraction of binaphthol and naproxen on SPE.It was found that there was a linear relationship between the ee value of the feed solution and the total enantiomer concentration in the eluent for binaphthol and naproxen.The improvement in the determination of the unknown ee value will be further studied.
