Virtual reality is a brand-new practical technology that has emerged in recent years.The way to achieve it is to simulate the virtual environment through a computer,so that people can be immersed in the environment and can interact with objects in the environment.The emergence of virtual reality technology is slowly changing people's daily life,and has developed into one of the most important directions today.At present,the research methods and related theories related to virtual reality have become mature and have been applied in many fields.Virtual assembly is the product of the combination of virtual reality and traditional assembly.In the manufacturing industry,assembly ha s a very important position.Virtual reality has developed extremely fast in recent years.As an important part of virtual reality,virtual assembly has become a key research object of many enterprises and institutions.Compared with traditional assembly t echnology,virtual reality technology has the advantages of not being restricted by space,simple and convenient operation,good simulation effect,and low cost.According to the actual needs in virtual assembly,this paper studies the key technologies in the assembly process,and completes the design and implementation of the virtual assembly system of the machine tool headstock,the machine tool is assembled by modules,and the milling motion simulation of the machine tool in the virtual environment is designed and realized,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze and compare several working engines and hardware devices commonly used in virtual reality,choose Unity3 d software and HTC VIVE hardware as the tools of this article to study virtu al assembly according to the actual situation,and give a detailed introduction to the technical theories involved in the two to fully understand The working principle.(2)The assembly process sequence in virtual assembly is studied.And put forward a new stability concept,so that sub-component inspection can be parallel assembly sequence planning with the smallest amount of calculation.The concepts of static stability,dynamic stability and enhanced stability are proposed,and the gearbox is taken as an example to verify the stability of complex structures in the assembly stage.(3)This article first takes the headstock of the machine tool as an example,models the parts of the headstock,and analyzes the assembly process and technical requirements.The assembly system uses C# for language programming,and the system uses the new UI system to perform and design The user interface of the system is designed with parts highlight display function,text display function and handle vibration function,which greatly increases the user's operating experience.Build the virtual environment and make relevant settings for the scene.The handle is used to realize the grabbing and moving of parts.The design of the virtual assembly system of the headstock is completed,and finally the assembly simulation and disassembly simulation of the machine tool headstock are realized through the human-computer interaction method combining software and hardware.(4)The virtual assembly of the whole machine tool was studied,the various parts of the machine tool were modeled,and the rendering and format conversion work was carried out.The virtual assembly path of the machine tool was planned,and the virtual assembly work of the whole machine tool was finally completed.And real ized the virtual simulation of the machine tool in the milling movement.
