Research On Sports Bra Structure Based On The Analysis Of Upper Body Shape Of Young Female

The fit of sports bra directly affects the comfort of wearing bra,so this paper studies the upper body shape and chest shape of women.Firstly,this paper discusses the research status and development trend of body type classification,the relationship between breast and sports bra,and the research situation of sports bra.From the physiological structure of breast and the function of sports bra,this paper expounds the necessity of wearing sports bra when women are exercising.A total of 210 young women aged 18-25 were measured.68 items of upper body data were obtained by Martin measurement and three-dimensional body scanning.The data were preprocessed by rapidform XOR3 reverse engineering software and 10 derived variables were obtained.By using SPSS,78 variables were processed and analyzed.Seven factors were obtained to represent the upper body shape of young women.19 characteristic variables were extracted to represent the upper body shape of young women.The back shape,shoulder shape,chest oblate shape and breast stereoscopic shape were described and analyzed.In the first layer,the upper body shape is classified by curve index,and in the second layer,the samples from the first layer are clustered.Finally,the upper body shape is divided into nine categories.The results of questionnaire analysis show that the target group is suitable for wearing light and medium sports bra,and consumers pay more attention to the comfort degree of fabric and product quality when purchasing bra.The middle body type in the body type clustering was selected as the target group to design the sports bra structure,and the subjective and objective evaluation of pressure comfort and sports comfort were carried out for the sports bra sample clothing.
