Research In Breast Morphology And Bra Structure Of Older Women Between 60 And 75 Years Old

For a long time,there have been relatively few researches on bras for elderly women,and the breast shape of elderly people is different from that of ordinary adult women.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the classification of breast shape and the optimization of bra pattern design,as well as the automatic generation of bra pattern model.Specific research contents are as follows:First,anthropometry and data preprocessing in the elderly.After obtaining the relevant data information of 115 old women's breasts through 3d human body scanning technology,the data were further analyzed and studied with SPSS software.For example,the preliminary processing of human body data,including singular value elimination and normality test,ensured the accuracy and validity of the data.Secondly,the morphological characteristics and classification of the old female chest.By analyzing the parameters of breast relative human height,breast relative lower breast circumference,breast relative human body size and breast relative human body gathered degree,it was found that the highest proportion of low breast was 78.95%,which was more than 3/4 of the number of cases.The average value of chest circumference and lower chest circumference were larger,96.7cm and 84.23 cm,respectively,which were much higher than the average chest circumference and lower chest circumference of ordinary adult female.The average breast difference between chest circumference and lower chest circumference of the elderly women was 12.47 cm,slightly higher than the average chest difference of ordinary adult female,but the overall difference was not large.In terms of the degree of breast droop,compared with the aesthetic breast position,the proportion of breast droop in the elderly women reached 100%,among which the number of moderately drooping women accounted for 43.48% of the number of the extracted elderly women.The breast morphology of the aged women was classified by the parameters of breast morphological characteristics.Third,design the bra prototype pattern of the elderly women.According to the analysis of the breast detail size of the elderly women,the key breast parameters of the elderly women were extracted,and 12 linear regression equations were established between the breast detail size and related important indicators.Using the method of mathematical modeling,the paper further studied and analyzed the change relationship between the three-dimensional shape of the breast and the two-dimensional plane expansion of the breast in the elderly women.Fourth,further optimize the bra pattern of the elderly women,and complete the automatic generation technology of bra pattern.because of common breast droop problems and external expansion in the older women,according to the related mammary aesthetics standard,make breast aesthetics adjustment of older women,and study the breast size details change characteristics between the unadjusted and adjusted breast,for example,after adjustment,the average increase of the under cup arc in mild sagging breast is approximately2 cm,the average increase of the under cup arc in moderate sagging breast is approximately3 cm,and the average increase of the under cup arcn severe sagging breast is approximately4 cm,so as to optimize the bra structure of the elderly.Finally,computer programming technology is used to build the model of bra pattern,and the automatic generation technology of bra pattern is completed.
