Camellia oleifera abel is camellia perennial woody oil plants, Which could obtain camellia oil by pressing or extracting. Camellia oil contains oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and other essential fatty acids for human, Which has the function of prevention and treatment of hypertension, atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases. Thus, in recent years, camellia oil was popular with people of all ages. With the increasing demand for oil, the output of camellia oil cake also increased year by year. the annual output of our country camellia cake reached 80 million tons, Now the utilization of camellia oleifera cake mainly stay in the pond cleaning agent, fuel for life, soil fertilizer, even with throwing away, resulting in a waste of resources. Cake of camellia oleifera is a by-product of processing, which contains high tea saponin. Camellia saponin is an excellent natural nonionic surfactants, which has the characters of surface activity of decontamination, foaming, emulsification and so on. Therefore, The application of tea saponin from Camellia oleifera cake meal was very significant for the utilization of camellia by-product resource and the improvement of industrial additive value.Taking camellia cake as raw materials, the extraction process of camellia saponin, the preparation process of tea saponin granular detergent, the preparation process of tea saponin soap were studied, and the performance of tea saponin detergent products was evaluated The main research contents and results are as follows:1 The extraction process of camellia saponin: One new method was proposed in the article, which used water as extracted agent. in order to acquire the extraction rate of camellia saponin,four factors such as the liquid-solid ratio, time, temperature, feed particle size were studied. on the basis of single factor experiments, the use of secondary response surface method to determine the water extraction of tea saponin optimal parameters: temperature 80 ? extraction time 3.5 h, liquid to solid ratio of 8:1, 60~80 mesh particle size of the raw material, under this condition, tea saponin extract yield was 21.85%.2 The preparation process of camellia saponin granular detergent and its properties :(1)Used permeability as an index,on the basis of the research that different particle size of camellia cake pass through non-woven tea bags determined particle size. acting the Camellia cake as the adsorption carrier, in order to optimize the adsorption amount of camellia saponin, extract concentration, frequency, the amount of extract, adsorption time were investigated. After the single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimized conditions for the adsorption amount of camellia saponin were established by orthogonal,which were as follows: Camellia cake 20 g 20-30 mesh adsorption carrier, extract concentration 136.55 mg/m L, time 110 min, extract amount of 90 m L, 3 times the number of adsorption, under this condition, tea saponin adsorption was 330.78 mg/g.(2)Adsorption of tea saponin was subjected to hot-air drying, drying temperature and the bulk density of the material were studied, which have the impact on drying characteristics. Furthermore, the drying processes was modeled. The results showed that the drying temperature 80 ?, material bulk density of 424 kg/m3, the drying rate of saponin sorbate was faster, and required for 8 h when dried to a constant weight of time. Data analysis showed that Page model can describe the model that hot-air dried processing of tea saponin adsorbate. The drying model equation was ln(-ln MR) = 1.386lnt- 2.000, Under this air drying conditions, the experiment revealed that the model was validated.(3)Surface properties of the tea saponin granular detergent products were determined and the raw material camellia meal were compared. It concluded that the degree of granular camellia saponin detergent detergency, foaming power, tea saponin content was 33.6%,186 mm,59.13%, respectively and performance was greatly improved compared with raw tea cake.3 The preparation process of camellia saponin soap and its properties:(1)Designed the mixed oil ratio by combining the value of SR with the value of INS.a mathematical model for oil ratio which was used for soap was established, on the basis of genetic algorithms and linear algorithm, Matlab software convert the mathematical model into computer language developing manufacturing soap by deploying the ratio of oil the data processing system of computer program. Using Coconut oil, tea seed oil, palm oil as soap base oil, the INS value of three kinds of oil soap was input matching computer program in accordance with certain input program, the optimal solution for the three kinds of oil ratio was 15%, 5%, 80%,respectively.(2)Using dry sodium soap content as an indicator of the impact of oil saponification. saponification temperature, saponification time, Na OH added amount, stirring speed were studied, After the single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimum obtained saponification was saponification temperature 100 ?, saponification time 120 min, 30% Na OH added amount of 60 m L, stirring speed 250 r/min.under optimum conditions, dry sodium soap content amount to 92.36%.(3)Using detergency as an indicator of tea saponin soap, orthogonal experiment optimized the better formula:55% of the fatty acid salt soap, tea saponin 10%, EDTA-2Na 8%, secondary agent(an appropriate amount of fragrance, deionized water, glycerol) 27%.(4)The tea saponin soap was evaluated by sensory comprehensive, using fuzzy mathematic method and determination of the physical and chemical indicators, surface properties and antibacterial activity. The results showed that tea saponin soap senses composite score was 87.5 points, soaps prepared was uniform color, shape correct, moderate hardness, pleasant aroma, delicate bubbles, and the skin was smooth and comfortable after using. Determination of physi-chemical properties of soap showed the total effective matter, total free base, free caustic alkali, moisture and volatile matter, chloride content was 66.04%, 0.144%, 0.088%, 27.29%, 0.445% met the national standards; Camellia saponin soap showed an excellent surface properties, which can achieve the requirements; antibacterial test showed that tea saponin soap has a good antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, the inhibition zone diameter amount to 16 mm.
