Nowadays,global market economy develops rapidly,and supply chain management theory and practice have been unprecedented development.Faced with the advent of the era of Internet+ and glasses industry market's fierce competition,The market competition between enterprises and enterprises is gradually being replaced by the game between supply chains.Therefore,optimize the supply chain management is the necessary choice for glasses enterprise future development.EG is an international company engaged in the manufacture,sale and service of glasses related products.As a research object selected by EG,this paper has carried on the thorough research to its supply chain management.First,collect and comb a large number of literature,combined with field research to analyze the EG company's supply chain management in current situation.Second,apply the modern supply chain management theory to evaluation EG company's supply chain management effectiveness,which found that there are many problems in the optical e-commerce company's supply chain management and puts forward scientific and reasonable supply from both the whole and the concrete Chain management optimization program: At the overall level,through the integration of JIT lean production concept,designed and implemented specifically for EG company supply chain management system,various from planning and order,procurement,inventory,logistics and other aspects of the implementation of ERP system.At the specific level,the paper aims at supplier relationship,information management,inventory optimization,logistics integration and other four aspects to optimize the program.Finally,in order to ensure that the relevant optimization strategy can be implemented,this paper puts forward relevant safeguard measures which is aimed at the current situation of EG's supply chain management from four aspects: the construction of supply chain information exchange platform,the perfection of supply chain related benefit distribution mechanism,the enhancement of trust between enterprises within the chain and the strengthening of corporate cohesion.It is hoped that the research results of EG will improve the supply chain management level of EG Company and enhance the comprehensive operation efficiency of EG Company,and provide some reference for similar enterprises.
