| S company supply chain management optimization scheme based on the actual situation of S company’s supply chain management,this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in the aspects of supply chain management such as planning,procurement demand and planning,supplier management,supply chain risk and cost control,and studies its optimization scheme.First of all,starting from the supply chain management planning of S company,this paper analyzes the current function orientation of the supply chain department,the scope of work and the existing business process,and points out the problems existing in the existing supply chain management planning.Combined with the long-term development goals and requirements of S company,this paper redefines the functions of the supply chain department,creates and adjusts the business process according to the company’s management requirements,and formulates the department work plan Make plans,clarify the job content of each position and determine the appropriate performance indicators,so as to improve the work efficiency of employees and improve the level of supply chain management.At the same time,the current information management system and other digital tools are used to gradually optimize the information transfer process and strengthen the information communication and business cooperation between departments.Secondly,the demand management of S company is deeply analyzed.The causes and Improvement Countermeasures of the imbalance between production capacity and sales demand,excess and shortage of raw materials under the existing demand mode are studied.The sales and operation planning program(S&OP)is established.Through the analysis and correction of demand forecast,a reasonable safety stock is established to coordinate and balance sales and production,Procurement and logistics,to meet the delivery to customers as the premise,improve production efficiency,reduce the overall inventory level.Thirdly,from the perspective of supplier management,this paper analyzes the current situation of the timely and sufficient delivery of existing suppliers,the quality status of the raw materials provided,the procurement cost and the service level,and puts forward some shortcomings.Through improving the supplier management procedures,strengthening the performance evaluation of suppliers,a stable supplier team is established to provide reliable raw material supply and transportation services for the company.Fourth,according to the characteristics of S company’s products and supply chain risks,identify the possible risks in each link of S company’s supply chain,divide them into internal risks,external risks and network risks,and grade them according to the possibility and severity of various risks,establish targeted risk control measures,and realize the comprehensive and effective management of supply chain risks.Finally,this paper also studies the cost control part of S company’s supply chain.According to the expenses of S company’s supply chain,through the analysis of key cost elements,with the guidance of eliminating waste and creating value,this paper formulates the cost saving goal,and promotes the cost saving in stages to reduce the cost and improve the product profit margin.This paper uses a lot of supply chain management ideas,based on the improvement of supply chain management planning,with demand management as the core,to balance demand and supply;by strengthening supplier management,taking quality as the first factor,fully considering the cost and supplier delivery ability,to seek and establish the optimal supplier team,so as to ensure the smooth progress of S company’s production and transportation plan.At the same time,the risks of each link of S company’s supply chain are fully considered,and targeted prevention and response measures are taken to improve the enterprise’s adaptability and reduce costs,so as to optimize the operation efficiency of S company and improve its competitiveness. |
