With the development of society,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The optimization of supply chain management becomes one of the important ways to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises.In this kind of environment,every industry in our society is in an era of rapid change.In the future competition,the competition between enterprises no longer only exists in the product game,pay more attention to the competition between enterprise supply chain,supply chain management has become the wind vane of future enterprise management and competition mode.But from the current social reality and the current situation of enterprise development is not optimistic,Chinese enterprises are still limited to the traditional enterprise development mode,the role of supply chain has not been given full play,which is affected by the supply chain is the field of heavy industry in China.China's current metal resources reserves are insufficient to meet the current needs of China's heavy industry development,coupled with recent years,China's economic growth has slowed down,for the optimization of heavy industry market environment has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the aluminum processing industry as an example,China has experienced many significant changes in the past decade.up to now,the development of aluminum processing industry in China has been strictly controlled by the national policy,and the domestic aluminum industry market has gradually tended to develop in a reasonable direction.the resources of aluminum industry have been re-integrated and allocated,which has strengthened the expansion of aluminum industry,which has an important impact on the healthy and sustainable development of aluminum smelting industry in China.JXXY co.,ltd.is a more than 10 years of manufacturing aluminum products enterprises,JXXY co.,ltd.in the gradual development and bigger at the same time,but also highlights some management problems,such as: too high inventory cost,low information sharing degree and duplication of institutional settings,and so on.In this paper,JXXY co.,ltd.as the research goal,through the supply chain management related principles,find out the shortcomings of JXXY co.,ltd.supply chain management,put forward with operational,effective,effective measures to help strengthen the management of supply chain.First of all,based on the supply chain management theory,starting from the current supply chain management situation of JXXY aluminum co.,ltd,this paper points out the problems existing in supply chain management of JXXY aluminum co.,ltd.Secondly,the paper diagnoses the defects of supply chain management in JXXY co.,ltd,and finds out the reasons of supply chain management problems in JXXY co.,ltd,which mainly lies in the low efficiency of organizational structure operation,traditional material purchasing method,high inventory cost,low efficiency of supplier management,unsmooth information system and single sales channel,etc.these defects lead to the inefficiency of supply chain management in JXXY co.,ltd.Finally,using supply chain management theory and optimization theory,from the organization structure management,enterprise inventory management,procurement management,supplier management,enterprise sales management and information system management aspects of JXXY co.,ltd.supply chain management optimization suggestions.For JXXY co.,ltd later development,improve the level of supply chain management,improve its core competitiveness,put forward a meaningful reference.
