Research On The Impact Of Construction Workers' Safety Investment On Workers' Safety Performance

The construction industry is a typical high-risk industry.Safety accidents occur frequently.Workers are the main accident makers and victims.At the same time,China's construction workers are mainly composed of migrant workers,which have the characteristics of strong mobility,low level of education,and low safety literacy,leading to traditional incentive methods and safety education.On the other hand,it is precisely because of the group and individual characteristics of the construction workers mentioned above that the direct investment in safety for construction workers is an effective way to effectively improve the behavior of workers.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the impact of safety investment for construction workers on the safety performance of workers.Through the analysis of the mechanism of the safety impact of construction workers on safety and safety,the investment effect will be further improved,and the limited resources will be able to meet various safety production requirements.The occurrence of safe behavior ultimately improves the safety performance of workers.This paper is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of connotation and basic characteristics of construction workers' safety investment and workers' safety performance.First of all,through the analysis of literature and engineering practice data,the concept of construction workers,safety investment,safety performance and other related concepts are analyzed.From the perspective of investment use,the safety investment of construction workers is divided into individual labor protection investment,safety education investment,safety reward investment,and The four parts of safety insurance investment;the definition of safety performance of construction workers from the point of view of workers' behavior,which is embodied in two parts:construction worker safety participation behavior performance and safety compliance behavior performance.Based on this,the relationship model between construction worker safety investment and worker safety performance was constructed,and the correlation between construction worker safety investment and worker safety performance was clarified.(2)Investigation on the safety investment of construction workers and analysis of rigid flexible characteristics.First,through online surveys,field research,and other methods,we found that there are typical problems in the process of safety investment for construction workers in China,such as insufficient investment in individual labor protection,insufficient investment in safety personnel,and a single form of safety education;Systemically and carefully decomposed all factors of construction workers' safety investment,built a comprehensive construction worker safety investment decomposition structure(WSCBS)and conducted characteristics analysis of construction workers' safety investment.The results show that: Individual labor protection investment and safety insurance investment are basic rigid safety investments,and the optimization space is small,which plays an extremely important role in protecting the basic life safety of front-line construction workers;safety education investment and safety insurance investment are flexible security investments,and optimization of space Big is a safety investment that can significantly improve the safety performance of workers.(3)Mechanism analysis of safety investment of construction workers on workers' safety performance.Firstly,based on the analysis of the safety investment characteristics of construction workers,the mediator variables were identified,and the influences of different individuals' safety protection investment,safety education investment,safety reward investment,and safety insurance investment direction on safety perception and worker safety performance were discussed.Secondly,according to the hypothesis,the questionnaire was designed,distributed and collected.SPSS software was used to conduct preliminary tests and hypothesis tests on the collected data.Finally,distributional regression analysis was used to verify the mediating effects of construction workers' safety perception.The results show that the safety variables of construction workers' safety investment and safety performance are safety perceptions.At the same time,safety perception can be divided into five dimensions:psychological security,safety values,safety awareness,safety assurance and safety awareness.The sense of psychological security promotes the safety performance of construction workers.Safety values play a role in shaping safety performance of construction workers.Safety awareness plays a decisive role in the safety performance of construction workers,and the sense of security guarantees the safety performance of construction workers.Safety awarenessability plays an important role in the safety performance of construction workers.(4)The optimization strategy of safety investment for construction workers aiming at improving safety performance.Behavior is the inevitable result of cognition.If a construction company wants to improve the safety performance of workers,it must be based on the premise of raising workers' safety awareness.Therefore,from the perspectives of psychological security,safety awareness,safety values,and security protection,this section proposes specific optimization strategies for safety of construction workers in order to further improve the unsafe behavior of workers and improve their safety performance.This will reduce the accident rate of China's construction companies and provide guidance and reference for construction companies to make safe investment decisions.
