The style of garment is more multiple and unique than before,because of the development of social economy.The development of the modern industry is also promoted towards the orientation of individualization and fitness.The apparel companies are increasingly focus on the garment customization,to enhance production efficiency and reduce the cost.To study the MTM advanced customization of women's blouse,the statistical analysis language-R Script was used to set up the statistical model,and the paper build the blouse module library and parameterized template library.The main works are as follows:The development and requirement of blouse customization industry are investigated by market research and reference review.Compared with garment customization network platform,real enterprise usually has its own advantage and disadvantage.Our study could provide an important theoretical basement to the MTM system.Three hundreds of young females are measured by 3D body scanner.292 valid data was filtrated by using R Script.All of the independent variable data including height and weight was analyzed by using full subset regression for data's relativity.The optimal regression model was gradually picked out by using regression analysis.Finally the model diagnosis analysis is completed to verify its effectiveness,providing the method to the advanced customization system for MTM women's blouse.Guided by parameterization of sample garment,the style modularization technology is used to divide women's blouse into six modules,i.e.garment body,collar,sleeves,sleeve cuffs,lower hem and placket.Adobe Illustrator CS4 Software is used to drawing the style sketch of each module of the women's blouse.Each style is coded and classified for convenient operation in practice.For the blouse style library,the PGM three-dimensional simulation software is applied to establish the parameterized basic models of the garment body,collar,sleeves and placket.Moreover,the variation patterns and actual cutting experience of corresponding styles are combined to complete the parameterized design of the plans of various style modules.An online women's blouse customization system is built based on the We Chat browser.Web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3 are used to achieve an adaptive website which can be adapted to mobile phone screens with different resolutions.The “customization” module is added into MTM system and the regression model established in the theoretical stage is used for relevant analysis and comparison so as to gain customers' accurate features and sizes.To further facilitate customers,the style library and templates library are introduced in our custom system.The system could display the virtual female dressed different apparels with the custom's size to express the style and effect of blouse.Finally,with the function of virtual try-on,the system can create a three-dimensional virtual model with similar physique features to the customers.The virtual models can try on the clothes selected by the customers to visually present the try-on effect,which facilitates the accurate selection of customers and customization of the clothes.In the end,a simulation case is presented where the order is placed in detail from the customer's point of view to verify the convenience and effectiveness of the system.The MTM system express its application value and reference significance and could satisfy the requirement of customization and improve current door-to-door tailor.
