Along with the formation of the global market and the continuing development of e-commerce technology, Network clothing customization as a new type of clothing customization method, has become a focus in the study of clothing industry at home and abroad. Take female blouse as a breakthrough point, and consumer investigation questionnaire as a starting point, to obtain in-depth understanding of women’s views and attitudes of online blouse customization. Based on this, female physical characteristics were studied, the blouse design module library and blouses parametric template library, were established and the blouse online customization system development. Was finally realized The main achivements are as follows:Through second-hand data, combined with on-sight interview, in-depth understanding of the present situation of domestic blouse brand market, the characteristics of the domestic custom market as well as the characteristics and differences of the mode and development trend of online customization patterns at home and abroad, Through consumer market research done on the internet, the consumption habits for blouse was understood and the modeling analysis of blouse marketing effect on online customization was carried out, which provided an important basis for the development of the blouse online customization system.Static data of female upper-body were collected from measuring210young women of18~35years old, and200valid samples were obtained. Software SPSS was used to process the data. Four female upper-body shape factors were extracted using factor analysis. Through correlation analysis, height and bust girth were extracted as longitudinal and transverse physical characteristic variables of the human body. The general and partial body characteristics were analyzed from the perspective of body shape factor, and different physical characteristic classification criteria was established regarding the shoulder, chest, back and abdomen, respectively.The Blouse was divided into five modules as garment body, collar, and sleeves, fly and bottom rim using modular design technology, with the premise of realizing parameterization of the pattern. All design modules were edited using Adobe Illustrator CS4. And a five layer code for the module library of styles was devised in order to facilitate its practical application.According to the characteristics of the blouse style library, the blouse garment body, collar and sleeves basic pattern were established using ARISA CAD technology, and the changing pattern of the corresponding style was summarized in details, and finaly the parameterization of design modules were completed.The MTM based customization system of design and development of blouse was realized by using ASP.NET+JQuery+(DIV+CSS)+MSSQL+EXTJS4as the development platform. So that customers can very directly and conveniently perform personalized design selection and combination, input measurements and choose different body types on the interface of online customization system, by which the louse customization was realized.Through the testing operation of the website, consumers were questionnaire surveyed, which confirmed the operability of the blouse online customization system. Samples were made according to online orders, and fitting tests of static beauty as well as subjective evaluation of dynamic comfortable were conducted.In this study, body classification technology, modular technology, coding technology and also parametric custom pattern system were applied to develop the blouse online customization system, which provided scientific and practical references for domestic fashion companies to enter the field of on-line customization, and are of relatively high practical and theoretical value.
