Research On The Modular Design Of Sweater Based On Personalization

With the improvement of people's living standard,consumers' demand for personalized clothing is increasing,people are no longer satisfied with the mass production and design of clothing,but begin to pursue different and even unique clothing styles.With the introduction of Industry 4.0 and "Made in China 2025",the development of personalized clothing in China is also forming a rapid trend.The gradual transformation of the entire apparel industry to intelligence and personalization,sweaters,which have a large proportion of consumption in the apparel category,are also in urgent need of accurate and comprehensive personalized customization and a complete customization function system.As an effective design method that can solve the contradiction between mass production and personalization,modular design is gradually applied to customized products.Modular design can well achieve consumers' expectations of sweater customization and makes the structure of sweater customization system clearer and the function more perfect.For enterprises,it can also improve production efficiency,reduce production costs and achieve the purpose of brand promotion and profitability.In this paper,we study the modular design of sweater based on personalization,and the ultimate goal is to realize the application of customization system,which can meet the needs of consumers and the market,and provide high-quality customized products.Firstly,we analyze the characteristics,advantages,significance and existing difficulties of sweater personalized customization,and lead to modular design to solve the difficulties.Then the basic principles of modular design are used to formulate the rules of sweater modular design.Follow the rules to design the product family structure and content of sweater personalization,analyze the correlation between modules,and then establish the suggestion mechanism.Finally,the product family established by using the modular design method is applied to the sweater personalization system based on the applets.The system mainly includes the front-end order placing system and the back-end order management system,and the detailed process and interface design of the front-end order placing system is carried out.Through a variety of methods such as reviewing and organizing a large amount of literature,clustering analysis of market styles,Internet information query,vector-based model analysis and experience summary of existing similar systems,this paper has made a full understanding of the international and domestic development status and trends of garment customization,sweater customization and modular design and also combines theory and practice to carry out the system design.We hope to verify the rationality and efficiency of the application of modular design in sweater customization products,provide some theoretical support and practical reference for the design of customization process and customization system of sweater personalized customization,improve the core competitiveness of sweater enterprises.
