Adopt single non-phosphorous environment friendly water quality stabilizer to handle circulation cooling water.The effect is not good,the performance is not stable,the medicament dosage is too large and the scale inhibition corrosion inhibition effect is bad.It results to the concentration multiple of circulation cooling water is low.The concentration multiple of circulation cooling water system daily operation is only 2.0 and it is much lower than the original used high phosphorous stabilizer concentration multiple 3.5.Therefore,the water source will be seriously wasted.At the same time,it will bring negative effects to enterprise.The paper through improve the production technology of normal adding highphosphorous stabilizer.Use single non-phosphorous environment friendly water stabilizer PASP and common high-phosphorous stabilizer ANTM,HEDP,2-HPAA and make up compound low-phosphorous environment friendly stabilizer in a certain proportion and conduct experiment study.Adopt low-phosphorous combination environment friendly water stabilizer to handle circulation cooling water to greatly lower phosphorous content.To the power plant site circulation cooling water sample,input different PASP and ATMP(3:1)’S low-phosphorous combination environment friendly stabilizer,PASP and HEDP(3:1)’s low-phosphorous combination environment stabilizer,PASP and HPAA(3:1)’s low-phosphorous combination environment stabilizer and conduct experimental study.The main content including: low-phosphorous combination environment stabilizer static state scale inhibition simulation test study,low-phosphorous combination environment stabilizer static state corrosion simulation test study,low-phosphorous combination environment stabilizer dynamic simulation study.When use low-phosphorous combination environment stabilizer,conduct the circulation water system’s operation cost account and economic analysis.The experimental results show that under the condition of PASP and HPAA(3:1)’s low-phosphorous combination environment stabilizer dosage 3.0mg/L,the scale inhibition can meet the scale prevention of circulation cooling system concentration ratio 3.0 to 3.5.The HAl77-2,B30 copper material and TP316 L,TP317L stainless steel bracket’s average corrosion rate conform to the relevant regulation of GB50050-95.Through operation cost account and technical economic analysis,when circulation water concentration ratio is controlled between 2.5 to 3.5,the unit circulation water operation cost is between 4.7 million Yuan per day to 5.4 million Yuan per day.It is not much different with common added high-phosphorous stabilizer’s production technology condition and can reach to the effect of economic operation.Therefore,the combination environment friendly stabilizer of low-phosphorous and readily biodegradable substances can also apply to water of high hardness,high temperature and high concentration ratio.It can promise the safety and economy of circulation cooling water system operation and has great application value for the latter actual production.
